I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. [redacted] response is absurd, I have sent Experian the requested identity theft affidavit from 2012 multiple times, including faxed to [redacted] and most recently via [redacted], signed for April 14th by J[redacted] (proof of delivery attached). [redacted] law requires fraudulent accounts be deleted within 10 days, it is past 10 days and the accounts are still on my credit report. Experian must comply with the law, delete these fraudulent accounts from my report.

[The response does not address the credit bureaus legal responsibility to remove ALL credit reporting information if it cannot or has not been validated according to FCRA. I do not have to pursue this with the creditor. It is within my right to dispute it with the bureau and if they cannot furnish proof of validation, they must remove it. A generic response of "being validated" is unacceptable.]
