mentioned consumer's Experian credit report. We are currently investigating the disputed information. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.Regarding our investigation process, Experian contacts the source of the disputed information directly by letter, telephone, or through an automated verification system. We ask the source to check their records to verify all of the information regarding the item questioned, and report back to us within 30 days of the date that we received the consumer's request. Once we receive their response, we send the consumer the results of the investigation. If we do not receive a response within 30 days we update the item as requested or delete the information, and send the consumer these results.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a consumer reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to investigate the information to determine the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item by contacting the source of the disputed information and informing them of all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. If the issue is not resolved, then the consumer reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal credit report. The FCRA does not require that the consumer reporting agency obtain documentation such as the actual signed sales slips, signature cards, contracts, etc., nor does it require that consumer reporting agencies act as mediators or negotiators in account disputes. Please forward any documentation directly to the Creditor for review. Please refer to the original Experian personal credit report for the business name, address, and phone number (if available) of the source that verified the information.|f| may be of further assistance, please contact me directly.[redacted] Senior Regulatory Affairs AssociateConsumer Affairs Special Services [redacted]Sincerely,

I have sent several letters to the credit bureaus requesting validation on accounts and I have not been provided documentation. I am specifically requesting proof of two accounts and how they are validated. The First being a Credit Card Account with [redacted] I asked for Proof of Validation of this account. Documentation with my original signatures and evidence to which they have to support the amount that is owed. The Second Account is: [redacted] I do not have a account with [redacted]. This account is currently and inaccurately reporting as derogatory. I have requested several times documentation that [redacted] has obliged to the legal repossession requirements. Documentation of balance owed after sale. Documentation of rights to reclaim vehicle and/or personal property. Additionally, they can not report on the same account with a different assumed name.I would like the accounts to be permanently removed from my credit report. Experian has failed to provide accuracy on the accounts or even a written response to my request beyond 90 days.

You credit repositories are corrupt. You are reporting inaccurate information on my credit report, yet you respond to me with intellectual dishonesty. You tell me that you have to report names and addresses that are provided to you by creditors even when you know it is inaccurate? Ok, carry on, but know we the people are standing up and fighting against this tyranny. This will not last much longer. We are tired.

vender confirmed the accuracy of the information.Review of the public record documents on file at the US Bankruptcy Court in [redacted], ** indicates the item is accurate as it appears on the Experian credit report: a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy filed by the consumer on 12/07/10 and discharged on 11/01/16. Additionally, the documents confirm the consumer's full name, last 4 digits of her Social Security number and address at the time offiling and discharge, her current address. Upon request, we will provide the bankruptcy documents to the Consumer for review.Judgments, Tax Liens and Bankruptcies are a matter of public record. Although the court where the disputed public records are filed may not report this type of data, a vendor may collect this data directly from the court's public records and supply that information to Experian.Because the information was confirmed accurate, we must respectfully decline the consumer's request to remove the disputed information from the Experian credit report.Any account included in a bankruptcy remains on the personal credit report for a maximum of seven years from the date the bankruptcy was either filed or discharged. In order to help resolve the Consumer's dispute, Experian will review all relevant documents submitted by the consumer with the dispute and will forward such documents to the furnisher if Experian is unable to resolve the issue based on those documents. Consumers may also contact creditors directly to dispute items reported by the creditor, if the issue is not resolved, then the consumer Credit reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal credit report. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Under the FCRA, Credit Reporting Agencies (Credit Bureaus) must provide a copy of theverifiable original creditor documentation if it is requested properly by you the consumer. Sincethey cannot provide proof of verification to you in the form of a physical contract document peryour written request to do so – the account is classified as “UNVERIFIED” and under the FCRA – allUNVERIFIED accounts MUST BE DELETED. Whether the account is correct or not – makes nodifference. If the CRA cannot provide you physical verification of the account – it is an UNVERIFIEDaccount and MUST BE DELETED.

The response as I read it only details an investigatory process and lends no conclusion. I have no problem with their process, but still dispute the validity of the creditor's mark on my credit report. Furthermore, I never received anything from experian, et al., suggesting I needed to respond. Please accept this response now as this is the first time I knew I needed one. [redacted]
