I never had 3 accounts with [redacted]icing. Loans do not get transferred to them, this is false. How is is that no other [redacted] is reporting these old paid loans but Experian. Please provide me with the proof that I had 3 loans with them. I can provide documentation from [redacted]icing that confirms that I only had 2 loans with them not 3. This is inaccurate reporting

Multiple representatives at [redacted] have stated that this account was closed due to fraud and provided me a letter stating the same. It is due to experian and the lack of diligence which has caused this error. If experian refuses to cooperate with the guidelines set forth by the FCRA, I have no other option than to proceed with legal action against experian.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I initiated this complaint on the 13 of September. The same day I received a report# [redacted] I find it very hard to believe that you were able to review my inaccuracies and still show the same information that is reporting inaccurate such as charge off's with balances and accounts with "ND," or no data for many months. How could those things been verified if under the FCRA you quote, that if you can not verify this which isn't verified then it must be deleted. You also have a fraud alert and a consumer comment that I did not initiate. I never contacted Experian nor did I ever send anything that would suggest that I wanted a fraud alert placed. Today on 27 of September entering the same report number quoted above it clearly shows that not all the items are in dispute and they are still showing all the inaccurate information that you are reporting. I ask that you either conduct a thorough investigation and show me how you came to those conclusions with solid proof or please delete this accounts as they are and have been unverifiable for many months of showing you the same pertinent information month after month. All the reports have been saved and highlighted to show month after month of the same errors that never get fixed. You guys send reports and say "updated," but the only thing you update is the month not the inaccuracies, totally against FCRA laws you are bound to. I have forwarded all correspondence to my legal counsel and are awaiting solid proof of such so that we may resolve this amicably or in the court of law.
