I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Beginning July 1, 2017 public record date collected for credit reporting purposes, including bankruptcies, civil judgments and tax liens, must contain at minimum identifying information to be collected at more frequent intervals as follows.... Minimum reporting of :1) Name , 2) Address, and 3) SSN and minimum frequency of courthouse visits to obtain newly filed and updated. There is no way this inaccurate information could have been accurately verified because I spoke with representative from the alleged verifier ([redacted]) and they have confirmed that it was not there on their report.I need this erroneous information to be removed immediately from my credit file as it is hindering myself and family. Also this inaccurate neative information is holding me back from job of my dreams.
