I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This is a generic response and feel that no real investigation was completed. I'm upset that a company can lie and say they contacted these companies to verify the information when the court has specifically told me they don't report or verify information with the credit bureaus. Please delete these items or give me names, numbers and address of who you spoke too. Along with time and date

Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer. Our records indicate that the "legal item" or judgment do not appear on the consumer's current Experian credit report.According to the Fair CreditReporting Act (FCRA), a national consumer credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. In order to help resolve the consumer's dispute, Experian will review all relevant documents submitted by the consumer with the dispute and will forward such documents to the furnisher if Experian is unable to resolve the issue based on those documents. Consumers may also contact creditors directly to dispute items reported by the creditor. If the issue is not resolved, then the consumer Credit reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal credit report.Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assist. the above mentioned consumer's Experian credit report. Our records indicate that the disputed information was previously investigated and confirmed as accurately reported. If a bankruptcy was dismissed or withdrawn, it appears on the Consumer's personal Credit report because every action that relates to credit may become part of the credit history. So even though the Court did not allow the filing of the bankruptcy or the bankruptcy did not go through, the fact that the case was documented allows it to appear on the personal credit report.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Section 605 (d) (1), if a bankruptcy is withdrawn before a final judgment "the Consumer reporting agency shall include in the report that such case was Withdrawn"The bankruptcy dismissed withdrawn status will remain on the consumer's Experian credit report for seven years from the filing date.Experian strives to achieve a high level of Customer service for all the Consumers they assist. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Experian is notorious for providing this cookie cutter explanation for inaccurate items listed on my credit report. There is nothing for Experian to contact United Auto Credit about. I've provided the proof that Experian information is inaccurate and they don't need United Auto Credit to verify that Experian information is inaccurate. The item needs to be removed from my credit file immediately or I will have no other choice except to proceed with a law suit.
