The response is not true. They have removed this item several times and only after I have provided the following proof. I am tired of having to go through this exercise every 3-4 months. It has caused me allot of problems when buying a home, a car, credit card declines, along with job denials. I do not feel that they take this serious at all. This is not my responsibility to make sure credit reporting agency's are ethical. This is an example of how lack of follow through can jeopardize someones livelihood. I have attached the divorce degree which was final in 2006 when this loan was in default. This loan should have been removed permanently along time ago but this company keeps changing the date on the loan. I have also given you a copy of my discharge which also includes this company as well. This is dated in 2009. Because I could not get this removed from my credit I had to go to the next level. I now have 2 court orders that clearly state I am not responsible for this loan. For the record this is not a credited school it is a massage course so when they use this and they well they are lying. I have included the recent request dated 11/2014

I have submitted several times over the last few years copies of my police report & id-theft reports indemnifying me of all debts incurred upon my credit profiles due to id-theft. there's no reason as to why any credit bureau should not follow FTC protocol & delete the id-theft related items from my credit files.
