Dear Revdex.com:
Our office recently received your...
correspondence of October 13, 2014 regarding the above mentioned
consumer's personal credit report.
Our records indicate that we have contacted the data furnishers on September 18, 2014, November
23, 2010 and October 18, 2010 to verify the accuracy of the information with which the above
mentioned consumer disagrees. The disputed information was verified as accurately reported and
confirmations were mailed to the consumer for review.
When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report
and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the
dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the
information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either
electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete
investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time
frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject
it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is
inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that
information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not
receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as
requested or delete the information, In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant
information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be
changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. Investigations can take as
long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the consumer the
results.
If the consumer disagrees with the results of the reinvestigation, it is the consumer's legal right, under
the FCRA, to add a 100-word statement specifying the nature of their dispute. The statement will
appear with the item as long as the item remains on the credit report. Any further concerns regarding
the disputed information may need to be directed to the creditors reporting this information. Please
refer to the original personal credit report for the furnisher or public records office name, address, and
phone number (if available).
If the consumer has any additional supporting documentation regarding the disputed information, they
may forward that to us for review.
Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assist Let me
assure you that Experian takes its commitment to efficient, expeditious service seriously. Thank you
for allowing me to assist you. Please contact me directly if you have any questions.

a current Experian credit report directly to the Consumer for review.By federal law, your personal Credit report must list all organizations that have requested your credit history. In accordance with the Fair CreditReporting Act, entities who have certified to Experian that they have a permissible purpose may inquire about Credit information. For example, organizations that have granted you Creditor with whom you have applied for Credit, or entities collecting on transactions that you initiated or on judgments rendered against you, are permitted to make inquiries on your Credit report. Requests for your Credit history remain on the personal credit report for at least two years.Inquiries from Credit grantors who request your Credit information as part of your application for credit will display under the heading "Inquiries shared with others" on your personal credit report. These inquiries display on your Credit report when it is accessed by others with a permissible purpose. These inquiries may affect your credit score.Other inquiries for your Credit information are considered "soft" inquiries and do not affect your credit Score. Some examples are: your current creditors to monitor your accounts, other creditors who want to offer you preapproved Credit; an employer who wishes to extend an offer of employment; a potential investor assessing the risk of a Current credit obligation, an end user to complete your mortgage loan application, and insurance underwriting (auto or home). These inquiries appear under the heading "Inquiries shared only with you" on your personal Credit report and are not seen by anyone but you (except insurance companies may be able to see other insurance company inquiries). Contact the furnisher or the vendor. After we complete our processing, we send the consumer the results. The response is not true. They have removed this item several times and only after I have provided the following proof. I am tired of having to go through this exercise every 3-4 months. It has caused me allot of problems when buying a home, a car, credit card declines, along with job denials. I do not feel that they take this serious at all. This is not my responsibility to make sure credit reporting agency's are ethical. This is an example of how lack of follow through can jeopardize someones livelihood. I have attached the divorce degree which was final in 2006 when this loan was in default. This loan should have been removed permanently along time ago but this company keeps changing the date on the loan. I have also given you a copy of my discharge which also includes this company as well. This is dated in 2009. Because I could not get this removed from my credit I had to go to the next level. I now have 2 court orders that clearly state I am not responsible for this loan. For the record this is not a credited school it is a massage course so when they use this and they well they are lying. I have included the recent request dated 11/2014
