I've been dealing With credit theft fraud for over a year now and trying to recover from it but theirs some things still on my credit report that hasn't been removed and after many attempts to contact credit bureaus and sending in many documents these things are still on my credit reports and its affecting me from buying house these accounts and inquires are reflecting negatively on my credit report they include: [redacted]

We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information, in some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. Investigations can take as long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. Our office recently received your correspondence regarding the above-mentioned consumer's rebuttal of our response to her complaint.We have mailed a current credit report directly to the consumer for review. If the consumer has additional information regarding disputed information, please provide it. Please specify the item or account name and number along with the consumer's specific disputes and the additional information. Please provide their complete identification information (Social Security number, full name, current address, previous addresses in the last two years and date of birth). Also, please include one copy of a government issued identification card, such as a driver's license, state ID card, etc., and one copy of a utility bill, bank or insurance statement, etc.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a national consumer credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. However, transunion and equifax have remove [redacted] funding from the public record on my public credit report. I also sent transunion and equifax the same documents I sent to Revdex.com and experian.]

The company is to send me the signed contract and any other documentation that is my files, not a copy of my credit report showing the information was verified. I did not receive such documents, so they are to delete the information because they failed to comply with the FCRA guidelines.

I am perplexed as to why this complaint has been closed. The response from this company does not state that anything has been done to resolve the complaint, it only states that they are investigating. THIS IN NO WAY satisfies my issue with inaccurate reporting of my credit lines. I was not given a way to respond via online (the accept/reject button did not appear in the message as usual) and I was not in an area to send a fax or mail in a response when this was sent back to me 7 days ago, therefore I assumed that it was in error that a response from me was asked since the below response, in no way, answers my complaint.
