Dear Better...

Business Bureau:
Our office recently received your correspondence of October 13, 2014 regarding the above mentioned
consumer's personal credit report.
We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion
of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.
When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report
and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the
dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the
information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either
electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete
investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time
frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject
it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is
inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that
information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not
receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as
requested or delete the information, In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant
information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be
changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. Investigations can take as
[redacted] as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the consumer the
results.
In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting
agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the
furnisher of the information.
If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the
furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record. Please refer
to the original personal credit report for the furnisher or public records office name, address, and
phone number (if available).
Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assist. Let me
assure you that Experian takes its commitment to efficient, expeditious service seriously. Thank you
for allowing me to assist you. Please contact our office if you have any questions.
Sincerely,

RE. [redacted] Complaint # [redacted]Ref # [redacted]Dear Revdex.com.Our office recently received your correspondence dated October 6, 2015, regarding the above mentioned consumer's Experian credit report. We are currently investigating the disputed information. Upon completion of...

this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.Regarding our investigation process, Experian contacts the source of the disputed information directly by letter, telephone, or through an automated verification system. We ask the source to check their records to verify all of the information regarding the item questioned, and report back to us within 30 days of the date that we received the consumer's request. Once we receive their response, we send the consumer the results of the investigation. If we do not receive a response within 30 days we update the item as requested or delete the information, and send the consumer these results.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a consumer reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to investigate the information to determine the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item by contacting the source of the disputed information and informing them of all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. If the issue is not resolved, then the consumer reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal credit report. The FCRA does not require that the consumer reporting agency obtain documentation such as the actual signed sales slips, signature cards, contracts, etc., nor does it require that consumer reporting agencies act as mediators or negotiators in account disputes. Please forward any documentation directly to the Creditor for review. Please refer to the original Experian personal credit report for the business name, address, and phone number (if available) of the source that verified the information. If I may be of further assistance, please contact me directly.Sincerely,[redacted] Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate Consumer Affairs Special Services [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It is my consumer right under the FCRA to dispute anything on my credit report I feel is inaccurate. This is where the bankruptcy and [redacted] has come to play. I understand the law and not arguing with a true  verified Bankruptcy that you have placed on someones account. In this case this is not the case. This Bankruptcy/[redacted] has been disputed because as stated it is my right to dispute anything inaccurate showing on my credit report. You have FAILED to still explain how you have verified this information.  Who did you verfify this information from? WHERE ARE THE DOCUMENTS THAT HAVE BEEN PRESENTED TO YOU SHOWING THAT THIS INACCURATE REPORTING HAS BEEN VERIFIED. I also contacted the address below in refrence to this BK 7 you are reporting and they advise that they have not verified this inaccuracy with anyone! So. Where and HOW did you verify this information?? I also will be going up Tto this is office to get something in writing on there letter head explaining what they advise to me that they DID NOT VERIFYANYTHING WITH EXPERIAN. SO I ASK AGAIN HOW DID YOU VERIFY AND WITH WHOM SO I CAN REACH OUT TO THEM?Black's Law Dictionary, 9th Edition, 2009, defines "Verify" as, 1) "To prove to be true; to confirm or establish the truth or truthfulness of; to authenticate." 2) "To confirm or substantiate by oath or affidavit; to swear to the truth of." and "Verification" as, "Confirmation of correctness, truth or authenticity, by affidavit, oath, or deposition. Affidavit of truth of a matter stated and object of verification is to assure good faith in averments or statements of a party." What this means is that your company must be willing and able to produce a document in your files that proves the account in dispute belongs to me and the information being reported is accurate and you must be able to do this in a court of law if I file a lawsuit against you. Someone in your company must authenticate the documents in your files that were used to verify the disputed account and to do this they must have 1st hand knowledge of the alleged account and all that has ever transpired for the alleged account(s), under oath and under the penalty of perjury. As I am sure that you are well aware, current Federal case law states that, Consumer Reporting Agencies bear grave responsibilities to ensure the accuracy of the accounts they report on and their responsibility must consist of something more than merely parroting information received from other sources. The Courts have also ordered that a "Reinvestigation" that merely shifts the burden back to the consumer and the credit grantor cannot fulfill the obligations imposed by § 1681(a)(4). You have basically ignored my request to provided me with the documents that you have in your files that you used to verify this bankruptcy/[redacted] ACCOUNTS which means that you have NOT verified or you cannot verify under Section 611 (5)(A) of the FCRA - you are required to "...promptly DELETE all information which cannot be verified." The law is very clear as to the Civil liability and the remedy available to me for “negligent noncompliance” (Section 617) if you fail to comply with this Federal Law. I am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA.  I demand the following accounts be verified or deleted immediately.
