I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am perplexed as to why this complaint has been closed. The response from this company does not state that anything has been done to resolve the complaint, it only states that they are investigating. THIS IN NO WAY satisfies my issue with inaccurate reporting of my credit lines. I was not given a way to respond via online (the accept/reject button did not appear in the message as usual) and I was not in an area to send a fax or mail in a response when this was sent back to me 7 days ago, therefore I assumed that it was in error that a response from me was asked since the below response, in no way, answers my complaint. Please reopen since this complaint has not been satisfied and is also open with the CFPB. Thank you.V/R[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I did call back the contact at Experian (same day as he called me) and we walked through my credit report (which had several errors) and we corrected it together via phone. I really appreciate your assistance as it has gotten harder to get in touch with the credit reporting companies over the last decade. I consider the matter / this case resolved and sincerely appreciate your help. You provide a valuable service. Thank you!

will provide the results of our investigation directly to the Consumer.Judgments, Tax Liens and Bankruptcies are a matter of public record.
