I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I did call back the contact at Experian (same day as he called me) and we walked through my credit report (which had several errors) and we corrected it together via phone.  I really appreciate your assistance as it has gotten harder to get in touch with the credit reporting companies over the last decade.  I consider the matter / this case resolved and sincerely appreciate your help.  You provide a valuable service.  Thank you!
