It shows transactions multiple times and then inserts random transactions that don't existAccount balance is always wrongPay a bill and quicken can't figure out what account it's being paid fromWhen quicken did work, it crashed constantlyTerrible productIt doesn't do anything it's advertised to doComplete advertising Didn't refund, said it's impossible which I get it's been over days (months) and they say I can continue to use it until the end date (even though quicken doesn't work with Windows anymore), but when you sell such a bad product to people, you should refund as a matter of good business practiceI will never use another quicken/intuit product againYou have lost a customer for life and as a business owner I will warn everyone about how bad this company is

Often in my business life I have noted that others and myself tend to only go to great lengths to discuss a business when we feel insulted or offendedI wanted to do just the opposite and discuss how I appreciated being treated by a true professional
Joe Mathews, (one of Quicken Loan’s Mortgage Bankers) initially answered questions, listened to my comments, approached me with patience, professional protocol, and demonstrated both ethics beyond reproach and candid discussion of my optionsHe followed through until I was completely satisfied and could no longer find a reason NOT to do business with QuickenI was so impressed with many of their team members, but Joe was the most helpful and always demonstrated a “customer is always right” attitude along with helpful advice and information along the way
I could talk endlessly about convenience of a closing at my home, about initial questioning to loan closing in days, or even about how exciting it was to know I was taking a step in the right direction for my financial future, but let me stop talking about me and start talking about Joe Mathews and Quicken! (I was a chance refinance customer translating into a year fixed conventional mortgage from a year Fixed FHA mortgage- this was the first time I had ever talked to or emailed with someone from Quicken, I just happened to reach out to them on a website, and once I began discussion with Joe, he made me aware of all the reasons why I needed to do the refi)
In this era of millennials entering the workforce, Quicken has done it RIGHTThey have communicated with and harnessed passion of their young peopleThat is the challenge presented over and over in America, and Quicken has done it in spades Their use of technology, their (obvious) training program and the excellence of their communication with customers is not only amazing, but a shining beacon of why American Workers are the best in the world and helping to make both Detroit and America Great!!
I seldom have contacted a Revdex.com, even to complain about bad treatment or wrongful fraud, but I must, in all good conscience, offer legitimate praise and request that Quicken Loan’s reputation be shown to reflect this excellent individual, Joe Mathews, and the training, skill level, & professionalism demonstrated by not only him, but all the others who were all exemplary in their performance of their tasks

My experience with our refinance with Quicken Loans was the easiest, painless ever No fuss, we just sent them what they wanted to see and contacts to verify and they did the rest It took just days to complete our new yr loan and our payment is still less than we had before The people were professional and obviously knew what they were doing Thank you Quicken Loans for getting us in a very positive position with paying our house off early Love it!
Nice automated, electronic tools for submitting information Thought the types of, and level of detail of the information required seemed to be overkill But might be a regulatory requirement
while researching mortgage loans I received a call from Quicken, I told them I am not applying at this time and they insisted on running a background check for my loan and to see what I could afford again I told them I don't want a check doneI thought that was it but I just got a letter explaining why I was refused a loan from them so now I have a credit check for a loan I didn't apply for
Quicken was amazing to work with I started off with a different lender who was over charging me like crazy Quicken picked up my loan and in less than weeks, never missed a beat and got me to close quickly! In addition, the people I worked with were incredible Friendly and ready and willing to help me out the best they could Finally, using the rocket mortgage page made getting them the documents they needed SUPER easy I will recommend them to anyone in search of a lender!
This is my second time using Quicken loans for a refi on my mortgage The process was completed in about days Quick, friendly and professional It was super easy to go back and forth with documents online and through Adobe My in ground pool is now in the works
