We are pleased that Quicken provided us excellent service All that were involved in processing our loan were efficient, effective, and timely in meeting our needs The loan was handled in an expeditious manner We would definitely refer Quicken to others

I was totally up front with them in the beginningAfter nine weeks and a reset on the closing date, I was told I only qualified for a investment property loanEven though I dont own any property yetThey said a week before closing they needed grand to close my loanI called them on Monday and said lets do this, and was then told no yet again They constantly called meFour and five times a dayThey even went as far as to call my realtor and the sellers agent I think they have unethical practices by saying one thing and then doing another or nothing??????????????the whole process left me stressed out, not to mention that one department dosent know what the other department is doingAnd the easy "web page" rarely could I log on to it NEVER AGAIN

I just completed my second loan with QuickenThe first mortgage was for an investment property They are very helpful and Bryan, who was my primary contact was greatHe helped me get all of the documentation together and it was much easier than I thought The fact that it was an investment property made it a bit more expensive and there were many, many delays that I was not happy about but at the end of the day it all worked out so on this loan I would give them a grade of "B+" A few months later I decided to refinance my primary home I went with Quicken because I figured they already had most of my info and I figured it would be easyI was using my veteran status to get a VA loan, something I was not allowed to do with the investment property I mentioned above Things started out easy enough but the closing kept getting delayed for the stupidest of reasons As an example, the whole process came to a halt because on the payoff document they got from the Chase bank showed a late fee of $ I never paid a mortgage payment late in my life so I called Chase for an explanation They said the late fee appears on the payoff document just incase they payment is late and that Quicken should have known that After a few days of going back and forth I decided I wanted to cancel the loan, even though I had already paid out over $1,in fees and inspections that I would never get backWhen I told them I wanted out, they had someone in management contact me I figured he would offer to get involved and help move things along but man, was I mistaken! His attitude was pretty much "OK - go ahead and cancel if you want but you will not get back any of the money that was paid out" I decided to go ahead and continue the refi anywayFinally, a month later a closing date was set The DAY BEFORE we were supposed to closed I got a phone call telling me they were having difficulties reconfirming my employmentAgain, the tell me this the DAY BEFORE Mind you I had already closed on a mortgage with QL the months previously and I have been employed at the same place for years! We ended up closing a few days later - a full MONTH after we expected to close For this second loan I give Quicken Loans a weak "C"

We have used Quicken Loans for the last three mortgages We have had tremendous service each time! Great follow through/follow up by their employees, always available to answer questions Quick closing! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

They were really easy to work with and everyone was helpful, knowledgeableI wasn't treated like a numberI work recommend them The only con I came across was the loan options, I later found out I would qualify for a rural loan but QL does not offer theseThey also do not offer a loan to cover any fix up expenses

As a Public Relations person, I do not take these reviews lightly at all Feedback and measuring success is crucial to business I can say that I am now the first home-owner in my family because of Quicken Loans The process is very MODERN and adheres to the current landscape of technology, customer service and just people's general online habits The PROCESS itself was well thought out and as they say, truly engineered to amaze But the PEOPLE were even better than the process My loan specialist was a woman named Bobbie May I will remember this woman and her approach to guiding me through the loan processI will remember it forevershe was genuine, earnest, responsiveI hope she wins some sort of recognition at her job Her boss, and the other two ladies I spoke with (Anitra Jackson and Iesha) there was a consistent flow and professionalism across the board It was an outstanding approach to customer service and I didn't feel like a customer not even once.I felt lucky, like we were a team and me successfully owning a home was the goal Please help more people!

I think at QL most things depend on an individual mortgage bankerThe banker Ryan Vojtush, I have encountered was very disappointing and somewhat shadowFirst, he stated that he would make a soft inquiry into my credit reportThe inquiry he made was a hard oneI did not authorize to make hard inquirySecond, he never answered my direct questions about: a) what kind of loan, b) interest rate; c) the amount of loan and d) the closing costsInstead he was sending some custom texts and emails As a result, I wasted my timeLoan terms were totally unacceptable compared to what I currently haveThe closing cost was ridiculously and unrealistically highI am asking MrScott King to provide more training to your customer service personnel and eliminate the hard inquiry from my credit report Thank you, Boris Gorshkov

Quicken Loan personnel were very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with on our loan Their system of having a team of persons to respond was especially impressive because you could get answers to your question right away We are very happy with our experiencethe only thing we did not care for was having to submit years of tax reports instead of the usual years But all in all we were pleased with the experience

Think I already sent a review Everything turned out okay and I'm thrilled to have increased cash flow and debts paid off I was somewhat put off by being passed from one person to another during the process of refinancing my house but most issues were resolved

Getting a mortgage is never an entirely easy experience, is it? That said, QL did an awful good job Perfect? No But it was as easy as such an onerous transaction can be, I think Not sure it was the cheapest option either, but as an investment mortgage, I did not have a lot of choices Would definitely recommendReally enjoyed online interface and this alone made things SO much easier and convenient

We just refinanced our home with Quicken, and must tell you that it has been an incredibly easy, and positive experience There were no last minute "gotcha's", they guided us through the process with kindness, professionalism, and projected an attitude of can and will do We have already shared our experience with numerous friends and family, and gladly recommend them as a company you can trust to provide an excellent value It has been such a refreshing change from dealing with the banking industry

Second experience with Quicken LoansThey really are amazing at finding the best solution for you and working diligently to get the agreed loan documented, reviewed and approvedSometimes there is a duplication of requests due to sequential hand-off to the next level of the process System functionality puts many hi-tech firms to shameMessage board, documentation upload/review, action required functions are fast, secure, and easy to use Representatives are engaged with you as a person and customer of interest to themThe genuine care and concern are evident throughout the processJust outstanding

To date I have been on the 'buyer' side of financing or refinancing at least and and on the 'seller' side of real estate transactions involving land, commercial, personal residential, single family rental, and apartment buildings, I can say my most recent refinancing experience with Quicken Loans is absolutely among the top three or four smoothest transactions I have experienced Kudos to whoever designed and built their modelI am used to doing business face to face with a live person and had some early reservations about conducting a real estate transaction entirely online until the final document(s) signing, but from early on in the process, I saw advantages to the electronic communications Questions can be asked and answers received in a timely fashion without playing the previously frequent 'phone tag' game or trying to find the 'right' person to talk toIf a question came up in the middle of the night, a question could be posted and an answer would be received the next morning; and if the question needs to be escalated to another individual, it can be forwarded internally by QL to the right person to respond I was able to scan and electronically send copies of all required supporting documents without the hassles of hand delivery, mailing or resorting to costly overnight delivery to speed up the process And finally, when I did speak to someone by phone they were always courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional

This is the 2nd Mortgage we have done with Quicken Loans! I did not think it possible, but they manage to improve on their original and stellar performance Their website is even easier to use and their documentation and customer service was top drawer! I would recommend their services to anyone needing a mortgage!

Online application, submission and documentation process is very convenient and easy to use When there were concerns, their people responded quickly and efficiently

The representatives were polite and very early in the process proactively reached out to gain my businessThe use of the QL app was helpful to sign and submit documents as I travel often My experience would have been improved with clear and concise communication (i.e stating that submitting my tax return would expedite the process and later following up with requesting 4506-T to be signed which I had to sign several times due to by QL rep)What prevented me from signing 4506-T from the beginning? Additionally, timely follow up would have made the loan process less frustratingAfter submitting information there would be an approximate week delay if changes/updates were required vs frequent and consistent calls to gain my businessLast as my loan began to proceed forward there was inconsistency between representatives on statusOne representative would state a particular document was sufficient and a different representative would inform me what I originally submitted was not sufficientI would have to resubmit more supporting documentation

I had a wonderful experience with Rocket Mortgage! Being a former Loan Officer myself, I know how complex the mortgage process can become My Loan Officer, Bill Garzon; and my Purchase Specialist, Chris Romeo were wonderful Together, they kept the process running smoothly, and ensured an on-time closing with no glitches They are the best!
