What a task to go through getting a loanThe process like any loan was exhaustingBeyond the information Quicken accumulated and the many pages of faxes to them, the overall ordeal was goodYou must have patience and not get too frustrated & you'll be fineWhenever you have to get bank statements go to the bank in person to have them print them outThe online prints lack informationI'd give Quicken an overall rating of B++at the end they could have been faster to give an appraisal but other then that, James Debartolo was excellentAlso Diant'e Hubbard was greatBoth get high scoresThanks Quicken, I'll be back

After asking more than once if my loan would be sold, I was assured both times that my loan would never be soldOne month after closing the loan, the loan was sold to Freddie MacI will be searching for similar complaints about this type of experienceLying to your customers will not gain you business, I will never again use quicken loans and will take further action if the opportunity arises in the future
We recently modified our mortgage from a thirty year to a fifteen year with a lower interest rate They were fast, accurate, and came to our home to close It was very easy to do this and I find them great to do business with

We chose quicken loans to refinanceIt all started around the 20th of march, it all sounded nice and dandy in the first couple weeks until they kept asking for the same documents more than once, proof of this and that more than once and were very picky of the detailsThey made us renovate our house and we did, they kept raising the monthly quotes after it says its been locked, they kept pushing the closing date further and further and further backIts now the 3rd week of june and still no closing date and we are going to pay more than they said we would and the closing costs are raising higher and higher every weekHow is this fair to us? I would like to understand, how does this benefit us? I just cannot wait til this "closing date" comes but trust me we are a nervous wreck over thisI just feel terrible my family gping through this agony
My experience with Quicken Loans was expedient, pleasant and beneficial to my needs I was contacted promptly concerning my loan request All thru the process each representative guided me thru and promptly moved paperwork and information to complete the loan process I do believe this has been the fastest loan closure I have ever experienced The Quicken representatives were pleasant and focused on making the loan doable as well as providing expertise and assistance in closing the loan quickly My compliments to all the staff I worked with
I have to give a five star rating because of my schedule and the timing that I needed to complete everything that quicken loans needed I was treated extremely well and they had answered all of my questions there was no pressure other than for me to watch the rates because they change very quickly there was three other loans company wanting my business and I inform everyone that I know that this was so painless that they would not believe it
Just finished out second loan with Quicken LoansThey were quick and efficientWe never had to leave our homeEverything was done electronicallyWe are very happy with their service on both occasionsThey are very professional & friendlyI would highly recommend this company
Olivia did a superb job getting it startedIt was a VA loan to get best rateOften had to dig hard to find all supporting documentsThe rest of the team finished the process in fairly quick order knowing government Loans take longer
Our experience was extremely positive, from the moment I spoke to a loan officer to the day of the close, everything went very smoothly, no hiccups whatsoever, I believe it's their awesome communications skills, the way all the different departments are linked via their portal is phenomenalI currently work at a bank and I've previously owned a mortgage company it takes A LOT to impress me, but let me say I was and am truly delightedI have nothing but great things to say about our experience, highly recommend quicken loans!!!
