March till April and counting my MORTGAGE COMPANy is the reason my roof can't be repairedALL info requested was sent, they require doc's not originally requested, they send ck's with wrong names they send cks without my name just slow roll and drag their feetNot once has QUICKEN LOANS contacted me to request doc's discuss my claim.not a call, text, email NOTHING
QUICKEN LOANS sits there earning interest on my insclaim while my roof needs repairthey are SHAMELESS
Staff extremely professional and really work hard to get you through the process from application to closing They were very good about keeping you posted as to the stage of your loan My only problem was that it took me nearly two months to get to closingThere has to be a way to shorten this process
Refinancing my home was a very positive experience I explained to Brian my mortgage banker what my objectives were and what I expected from my debt consolidation and refinance He did everything I asked and worked with me along the way as I considered all of my options Very quick and easy I am very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish Thank you for your Integrity along the way

I have recommended Quicken to friends and will in the future
