Very very unprofessional! Would never recommend Quicken to ANYONE
Refinancing with Quicken Loans this spring was such a great experience We were treated very well by the staff, all our questions were answer quickly and we received timely status updates on where we were in the loan process The final loan documents were signed in our home and our Mortgage Banker, Jim made the entire experience as smooth as possible
