The people were very nice and helpful at each stage, it was surprisingly simple and fast, even though I am not a computer user they walked me thru the process and responded quickly to any concerns I had, they were the epitome of user friendly

I have had the worst experience with Quicken LoansThis is my first time buying a home and this has been the worst experienceThey have had a "failure to communicate" around five times and it has set me back in my financingThey have been rude and disrespectfulI have had to look up the FHA "rules and guidelines" myself to make sure I wasn't blindsided againIf I had to do it all over again, I would never have went with Quicken Loans
Our experience could not have been betterWe went through my employer and were handled by a specialty divisionThe customer care was spot on, I received phone calls almost every other day to see if I had questions or to let me know the statusWe felt well taken care of, closed with the same rate we were quoted, and it was smooth sailing
I originally started out with a refinance , pre qualified everything was looking good for a couple months then all of a sudden we had a problem with the original loan application I was frustrated as this should have been caught earlier in the refinance We had already been in the refinance for a couple months and had to start over But Morgon Castro and her team came through with flying colors and we where able to get the loan through within a reasonable time I am happy with the final outcome and would happily recommend Quicken Loans again

After asking more than once if my loan would be sold, I was assured both times that my loan would never be soldOne month after closing the loan, the loan was sold to Freddie MacI will be searching for similar complaints about this type of experienceLying to your customers will not gain you business, I will never again use quicken loans and will take further action if the opportunity arises in the future
