Over all, the people that I worked with from Quicken were superb! Everything went well except the 11th hour payout being delayed, but rectified...I did get it on schedule with a few hat tricks? The issue, was with the closing company, Amrock TitleCourtney Salkeld told me that I needed to provide a copy of the POA with my wifeHe said he did not anticipate needing the original, but locate it and keep itAfter completing the closing, I was notified within the days of the pay out that they needed it and until they got it, I would not get my payoutI overnighted it and requested that it be returnedIt has not been done as of yet! Submitted requested initial information online to acquire information from Quicken Loans regarding a possible refinance of my current mortgageReceived a call from 313-373-within hours of my submissionI explained that I was only seeking information, and that I was contacting other potential lendersQuicken loans started calling me multiple times daily, I have now stopped answering calls from the number - I was receiving to calls daily - excessive (in .my opinion)The number is now blocked

I had an absolutely terrible experience with my loan process I was misled from the beginning The worst thing I did was give remote access and e-signed papers that were not completely filled outUn named led me through the process and scrolled me to a point where all that was required was a signatureIt was my fault for believing what she said.and signing blank pagesOh they supposedly put a $250,over charge back on my credit card but it is yet to appear.Just be aware
