The service I received was much above my expectations! Very happy with the result of the staff and managementThank you all for your hard work,and patience
Their representatives were always polite, friendly, and able to answer any and all of my questions The company is very through in all aspects of their research Quicken is not quick, but with the history of their business (general not specific) I can't fault them for that The overall cost of the loan was not cheap (apr) though the basic percentage was fair

Quicken loans started out wonderful with excellent customer service, but once I paid the initial appraisal "deposit" the service fell directly into to the garbage and fast I had to have numerous conversations every single day with 3-different people all wanting the same information repeated over and over and over again Huge waste of my time and very disrespectful of me The incompetence of the people working for quicken is staggering A very unpleasant experience To top it all off, I ended up overpaying in fees and getting the royal "your worthless" treatment Im a disabled Vet trying to refinance my home Should have been a no brainerVery disappointed and would NOT recommend quicken to an enemy
Excellent communication! Quicken called me frequently to update me on the status on the loan and their website was quick and easy to navigateWe were refinancing and had no issues come upWe closed right when they said we would and someone came to our home so it couldn't have been easier!
The Quicken Loans team was awesome! I had a fantastic experience refinancing our home, and was able to consolidate/pay off all our credit card debt at the same timeIt's not an exaggeration to say that this changed our financial futureI am so gratefulI would gladly recommend them to anyone

Because of their dithering and slow walking our loan it costed us .50% in increased ratesThey sell you on automation, but the automation is out of controlNo one knows what anyone else is doing thereYou get phone calls and e-mails from dozens of different people but none of them are accountableI ended up going to a local bank, getting a better rate, lower fees, and a really easy processDON'T BE FOOLED BY ANYTHING THAT THEY SAYThey did this twice to me, with completely different loansI really don't like these people
I have gone through the process all the way to closing(months later) I was suppose to sign today on a split closing on a refinance and they did not show upNow both parties would have to be rescheduledI will lose thousands of dollars and months of time but I refuse to give them any businessIts not just the closing process or this one mishap its been the whole processCall if you want to know more 541-231-

I can't say enough good things about Quicken Loans and the team that helped us with our loan! They were all very patient, professional, and thoughtful to our needsI love that we could upload necessary documents using MyQL, and the electronic signature made it that much easier! Joel is a total rockstar, even sent us a congratulations card in the mail for our Army pilot son who just got engaged, how cool is that! The other agents that helped, called us, or took our calls were so nice and I wish I could remember their names to post here, but, sorry, my memory fails meI am telling everyone in my circle of family and friends, if they need a mortgage loan, call Quicken!
