I have purchased multiple homes through the years, and refinanced homes multiple times I would rate Quicken Loans so far above any experience I have ever hadNo other mortgage company even comes close It was so easyThe banker at Quicken Loan made the process simple and fast, we closed our loan in days I have had other experience with other mortgage companies, where the paperwork was never ending Quicken Loans was so superior, and had access to most everything that was needed in order to close the loan I can't say enough how great and wonderful our experience with Quicken Loans was I would never use any other company for future refinance or purchase's Thanks Quicken

Rocket Mortgage represents the "Best in class" in all phases of the home mortgage loan application, approval, processing and closing process It couldn't be more efficient and streamlined and yet still personalized Quicken team members are knowledgeable, friendly, available and responsive at every step of the process I don't usually write such glowing reviews ...but in this case it was the right thing to do
When my bank gave me a hard time even though I qualified Quicken loan approved my request to refinance my homeI was so happy with the service I received that I encouraged two family members to refinance their homes and they both did and thanked me for sharing my experience with Quicken loans with them! The folks are so professional and on point! Thank you Christine and the crew for all your help

Like a boiler room That is the impression and feeling I am left with after being had by a Quicken loam repFrom the very start there was pressure to move the loan forward by completing e-documents that were not detailed Then pressure to complete the assessment by paying up front 1% of the loam amount He would seem so polite and encouraging, but never once did he say the money paid for assessment was non refundable if you decided not to go with Quicken I paid $on a Friday, and Monday morning my money was gone with no services rendered I changed my mind after seeing the numbers continue to change from what was agreed upon including closing costs As a veteran I feel I did not have a fighting chance against these people They demand a high degree of honesty documented by me, but they are practiced liars themselves
I can't say enough good things about Quicken Loans and the team that helped us with our loan! They were all very patient, professional, and thoughtful to our needsI love that we could upload necessary documents using MyQL, and the electronic signature made it that much easier! Joel is a total rockstar, even sent us a congratulations card in the mail for our Army pilot son who just got engaged, how cool is that! The other agents that helped, called us, or took our calls were so nice and I wish I could remember their names to post here, but, sorry, my memory fails meI am telling everyone in my circle of family and friends, if they need a mortgage loan, call Quicken! Thank you!

I have gone through the process all the way to closing(months later) I was suppose to sign today on a split closing on a refinance and they did not show upNow both parties would have to be rescheduledI will lose thousands of dollars and months of time but I refuse to give them any businessIts not just the closing process or this one mishap its been the whole processCall if you want to know more 541-231-

Not single issue I got declined with my current bank Wells Fargo (who my current mortgage was with, and I bank with them regularly) I was doing a refinance with an equity cash out for remodeling QL was excellent from the very beginningI read all the negative reviewsI told them flat out what I read and what my concerns withI checked my paperwork each and every time throughout the process and saw no errors The whole process took just under days (right on schedule!) It was very easy to submit paperwork to them online, very easy to communicate with someone on the phone, email, txt etc and they never waited on me and I never really waited on them It was quite fast I liked that their website showed how each thing I submitted was being reviewed, and approved etc I couldn't have asked for a smoother process Oh and their rates and cash out was higher than what Wells Fargo tried to offer me and their fees were lower The closing process was easy, the person showed up on time and we were done in less than min
I'm extremely happy with QL and I really like how their site transitioned to my loan/monthly payment format after closing It's far easier to read than Wells Fargo's site and it's broken down to see how different parts of your payment are used
