The process was fairly painless, however, initial call and discussion didn't reveal $"deposit" required to begin process until we were about to hang up If this was in beginning of discussion I would have visited lending tree to see if that fee could have been negotiated as part of doing business with company I chose Most of the staff were responsive, however, as my husband travels all the time, this company, even though it was made extremely clear, several times, I was their POINT OF CONTACT, kept calling him when they needed informationIt was extremely frustrating when delays would happen due to staff not following directions to contact meAlmost as though I was living in 1930's when "women" didn't handle household finances? Could it be? Hopefully not so I'm going to stick with the "out of staff members" I had to deal with just couldn't comprehend directionsYep, that's it, otherwise I be really negative in this review
The person who came to our house to close us (yes the best perk) was SUPER informative, SUPER professional, ON TIME and had us closed in about minutes (guess that's were "rocket speed" comes into process)
Would I use Quicken again? Maybe, but I would definitely try Lending Tree at same time for a bit of good American competition We have another property to refinance in a few months so we will see how that goes

Absolutely the worst I ever came Accross with I was never told that each employment I have must have years long or longer time period My credit was Checked lowered my score tax papers etc filed , lost precious time Than I was told one of my jobs is only months long there for no exception to the rule I don't qualifyI was charged dollars to process Witch is refundable, but I am upset that loan application banker Brett Sims has never disclosed the yr requirement, In fact several times I was asked than I answered The length of employments , I'm sure all calls was recorded it should be on tape somewhere, don't recommend them Suggesting secret shopper calls

We will definitely recommend Quicken Loans to others, and if we ever need another loan, we will make Quicken Loans our first and last contactThank you for an experience that far exceeded our expectations

I used them on a new constructionTodd Sebesy was my agentHe quoted me a figure in FebruaryOver the next several months I would receive rediscloire statements from him that were way inaccurateAfter showing him the side by side on two occasions, on in April and one in May, he acknowledged that they were wrongBut he said he had no control over those docs and that they were auto generated by the system and that I didn't need to worryMeanwhile I'm spending hours and hours retrieving old statements, receipts, drafts document, etc in order to meet all of the requirements they haveThe detail they require is incredibly extensive and their method of explanation (everything must be uploaded) is completely in-user friendly
Back to Todd...finally I am at the time of close and I get my redisclosire doc and it's STILL not accurateHe added another $in origination fees from what he quoted (even though the rAte stayed the same..yet the Fed had gone down since my original quote) Worse though, he had the wrong figures in rebates from the builderNow I am delayed further and have to rent a weekly hotel because we're not closing on timeAnd I'm stuck with them or I lose my deposits if I pull out
I can't explain everything that has gone wrong and we still have not closedI'm rambling here...months and months of frustration with them built up
