The issue, was with the closing company, Amrock TitleCourtney Salkeld told me that I needed to provide a copy of the POA with my wifeHe said he did not anticipate needing the original, but locate it and keep itAfter completing the closing, I was notified within the days of the pay out that they needed it and until they got it, I would not get my payoutI overnighted it and requested that it be returnedIt has not been done as of yet!
