I was skeptical at first, as I had never owned a home nor applied for a mortgageEven as my rep, Theodore, was amazingly helpful and communicative right from the start, I reserved my opinion of the process until closingAnd when he told me I was moving along to the next rep, the processor, I was nervousBut everyone at Quicken was greatWhen my reps were out of the office, their coworkers made sure to contact me and answer any questions, right awayI can now confidently say that Quicken is awesome! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a homeEven my title company, my realtor, and the sellers' agent all remarked at how smooth the process wasI will definitely use Quicken again in the future
Quicken Loans was the most positive and professional company I have ever dealt withMy experience with them was simply awesomeA group of extremely dedicated people that simply did a great job for me
Our experience was positive, sometimes a little confusing, but overall the job got done As long as everything turns out as per the agreement it will be fine We had a hard time figuring who was who in the process Too many people in different cities, etc Also, we are not as computer efficient as most people, so maybe some of the people involved got a little upset if we didn't understand things Overall a good experience (We like to talk face-to-face with people we do business with, but that's not todays world.)
Absolutely the worst I ever came Accross with I was never told that each employment I have must have years long or longer time period My credit was Checked lowered my score tax papers etc filed , lost precious time Than I was told one of my jobs is only months long there for no exception to the rule I don't qualifyI was charged dollars to process Witch is refundable, but I am upset that loan application banker Brett Sims has never disclosed the yr requirement, In fact several times I was asked than I answered The length of employments , I'm sure all calls was recorded it should be on tape somewhere, don't recommend them Suggesting secret shopper calls

with Quicken Loans is excellent, I would highly recommend them anytimePrior to
contacting Quicken Loans we had tried other companies, due to their lack of know-
ledge the transactions were never completed and we almost gave up the refinance
of our propertyOur daughter recommended Quicken Loans and sure enough the
refinance was completed to our total satisfactionGood Company and good people

Poor communication delayed our closing by a day We weren't informed of this change until the day before That's very frustrating when you've pre-schedule other activities (movers, cable, alarm installation) around the scheduled close date
