Everything went pretty smoothly, although I would liked to have had the closing costs explained to me prior to the closing The closing costs seem to be high and I was surprised to see a $charge to get a lower interest rate

Joe Mathews, (one of Quicken Loan’s Mortgage Bankers) initially answered questions, listened to my comments, approached me with patience, professional protocol, and demonstrated both ethics beyond reproach and candid discussion of my optionsHe followed through until I was completely satisfied and could no longer find a reason NOT to do business with QuickenI was so impressed with many of their team members, but Joe was the most helpful and always demonstrated a “customer is always right” attitude along with helpful advice and information along the way
I could talk endlessly about convenience of a closing at my home, about initial questioning to loan closing in days, or even about how exciting it was to know I was taking a step in the right direction for my financial future, but let me stop talking about me and start talking about Joe Mathews and Quicken! (I was a chance refinance customer translating into a year fixed conventional mortgage from a year Fixed FHA mortgage- this was the first time I had ever talked to or emailed with someone from Quicken, I just happened to reach out to them on a website, and once I began discussion with Joe, he made me aware of all the reasons why I needed to do the refi)
In this era of millennials entering the workforce, Quicken has done it RIGHTThey have communicated with and harnessed passion of their young peopleThat is the challenge presented over and over in America, and Quicken has done it in spades Their use of technology, their (obvious) training program and the excellence of their communication with customers is not only amazing, but a shining beacon of why American Workers are the best in the world and helping to make both Detroit and America Great!!
I seldom have contacted a Revdex.com, even to complain about bad treatment or wrongful fraud, but I must, in all good conscience, offer legitimate praise and request that Quicken Loan’s reputation be shown to reflect this excellent individual, Joe Mathews, and the training, skill level, & professionalism demonstrated by not only him, but all the others who were all exemplary in their performance of their tasks

Just concluded our second experience with Quicken Loans and found them to be exceptional in how each of their staff provided us service They could not have been more considerate and helpful through the entire process They have the entire process so carefully programmed that the process is as near to automatic as possible Could not recommend them higher
Everything about working with Quicken Loans to refinance my mortgage has been a breeze Their website is amazing, user friendly and real time Every representative that I have spoken with on the phone has been courteous, professional, friendly and helpful They were able to stick to timelines and meet deadlines I am extremely impressed with their service I would absolutely recommend Quicken Loans to family and friends

March till April and counting my MORTGAGE COMPANy is the reason my roof can't be repairedALL info requested was sent, they require doc's not originally requested, they send ck's with wrong names they send cks without my name just slow roll and drag their feetNot once has QUICKEN LOANS contacted me to request doc's discuss my claim.not a call, text, email NOTHING
QUICKEN LOANS sits there earning interest on my insclaim while my roof needs repairthey are SHAMELESS
Easy, complete, and outstanding customer service our team member helped us threw every step and actually gave us advise on how to shuffle things to get it paid down quicker other organizations just pester, but Quicken delivered thank you Quicken
Had a great experience with Quickenloans, they were responsive, courteous and knowledgeableI was treated so wellThe only thing I was not too happy about was that my initial intent was for an equity line of credit to pay off some high interest credit cards and have some cash left over for home improvementBut because they didn't have this option, refinancing was recommended but I didn't realize they themselves would identify the debt to be paid offI had no say in the matter and I was left with a very small cash pay out which was pretty disappointingI guess I didn't notice the fine printNow I have to postpone our plans to renovateOverall however the service was great
If I could give a zero, I wouldThese people will NOT leave you aloneI get four or five calls a day from them and have had to hang up on them because they keep talking when I tell them I am at work and cannot talk to them
They handled every detail very professionallyThey always notified me of things that needed attention in several ways: phone call, e-mail, and on my personal Quicken Loan webpageThey really made the loan process very painlessEveryone I spoke to was very pleasant and helpfulThey were on top of things and would get right back to me if I had a questionI contacted them a few times about questions I had and the answer often was, "Don't worry, we will let you know if we need anything from you." They really took care of most everything needed! I always felt that they were one step ahead of me, anticipating my questions, and answering them before I asked! I felt they were very competent and knowledgeable
