Because of their dithering and slow walking our loan it costed us .50% in increased ratesThey sell you on automation, but the automation is out of controlNo one knows what anyone else is doing thereYou get phone calls and e-mails from dozens of different people but none of them are accountableI ended up going to a local bank, getting a better rate, lower fees, and a really easy processDON'T BE FOOLED BY ANYTHING THAT THEY SAYThey did this twice to me, with completely different loansI really don't like these people
Refinancing our home was super easy Very little paper-work and almost everything was online They came directly to our house for the closing Fast and easy
Quicken Loans was very professional and courteous thru the whole processI would say they have the BEST app for a Mortgage LenderThey sent me a really nice personal video after my purchase to acclimate me to the next process for monthly paymentsReally top shelf!
I was skeptical at first, as I had never owned a home nor applied for a mortgageEven as my rep, Theodore, was amazingly helpful and communicative right from the start, I reserved my opinion of the process until closingAnd when he told me I was moving along to the next rep, the processor, I was nervousBut everyone at Quicken was greatWhen my reps were out of the office, their coworkers made sure to contact me and answer any questions, right awayI can now confidently say that Quicken is awesome! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a homeEven my title company, my realtor, and the sellers' agent all remarked at how smooth the process wasI will definitely use Quicken again in the future
This was a great experience The gentleman I worked with was courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable He explained different plans and found one just perfect for me

Faulty nearly fraudulent advertisingLooking for a Construction-to-Perm loanI ask for my credit report not to be runThe representative continued to pressure to pre-qualifyI stated the only way they could run my report is if they guarrentied they had a the product I was looking forI explained in great detail what I neededConstruction (including Land financing) then convert to Permeant loanI made sure to say Land would also need financing, that the builder would not financeI stated this timesShe actually put the call on hold to verifyShe came back and stated yes we do in fact carry this loan packageSo after an hour of information, she comes back on the line and asks "Do you own the land?" Really????? NO!!! I don't I need the "Construction loan" to include the land financingThat is what I sat and explained times to herI even told her most companies don't offer that kind of a loanI will never, ever, ever do business with Quicken Loans, and if they employee this caliber of staff neither should anyone else…"My Openion" I can't rate lower then a I would give them a -
