My experience with Quicken was a truly positive one Their portal (MyQL) was intuitive and informative during every stage of the process Rachel Sholtis (our banker) and Robert Jackson (Client Care Specialist) were particularly helpful and great to work with Would definitely recommend them
Was happy in the beginning with this loan company and then we get our pay Off checks and they left one out of our loan been dealing with the same person from the very beginning so was kind of disappointed in that they said we didn't qualify if we hadn't have taken bill off not really understanding that part
The Quicken Loan team that I dealt with was very enthusiastic and knowledgeableEven with a few loose ends we were able to accomplish the ultimate goalI appreciate the effort and the time takenThank you
The most professional, courteous, full access and seamless mortage transaction I have ever experienced !!!!!! Surprisingly, not from a typical bank nor a standard mortgage lender ! I would use Quicken Loans again, given the opportunity

Quicken Loans Inc gave me a good experience; although there were some changes that I really did not appreciateThe return check went from $that I paid with an assurance of getting it back in full to $Not a whole lot but its good to be precise and accurateAside that, my experience was good
Quicken Loans was fantastic to work with Rebecca and Ashley were always there to answer any questions my wife and I had and they made sure we were current with all the paperwork that needed to be submitted I will definitely recommend them to family and friends
The Quicken Loan Team that worked on my refinancing was responsive and professional every step of the way The refinancing was complex because of lien releases from almost years ago that had not been recorded, a confusing Warranty Deed with an asterisk reference to one of the co-owners of the property, a non-relative co-owner that would remain on the title, but not on the loan, and an IRS payoff and lien that required working with their timeline Because of these complexities, there were a number of communications back and forth and some adjustments that had to be made along the way The ability to upload documents in real time, interact via chat, or leave messages at any time of the day or night kept the process moving I'm not sure that I would have been able to do a similar kind of loan with a local or regional banker In fact, the recommendation from the Mortgage Banker at the beginning made it possible for me to achieve a level of financial freedom that I would not have thought possible I am grateful for everyone involved in making this happen I also look forward to being able to manage everything on-line moving forward
We would never recommend Quicken Loans to anyone...they do not stand behind their customers They all must have gone to the same academy of "Quicken Loans" because they all have the same old story We were accepted by them to get our loan but after getting a total runaround we pulled out of the deal and are going with our local credit union Stay with your local loan companies and/or banks Our appraiser came from out of town and didn't have a clue about our market here BEWARE!

Everything for our refi was quick and easy, most paperwork was e-signed, a rate was locked it quickly, the appraiser came out quicklyWhen it came to closing paperwork that happened mostly on our schedule, they came by my office, and it took minutes of time during lunchThis process was ridiculously easy, and straightforwardThere is really nothing I can think of to improve the process
