Overall, my experience was positive We experienced some issues at the closing as Quicken Loans had incorrectly drawn up some of the closing documents which had to be redrafted by Quicken Loans and transmitted to the title company before we could finish our settlement With the exception of the time lost waiting on the documents to be redrafted and transmitted, the issue was resolved satisfactorily
This makes the 4th time I've used Quicken, each time with the same Banker The experience has always been efficient, no surprises and the cost of the refi has always been below the original estimate putting more cash in my pocket I'll keep coming back whenever I need a mortgage
