I got a call from a representative during that call I was not informed that Quicken Loans was using the information provided to apply for a loan/mortgage on my behalf or to perform a hard pull on my creditQuicken Loans did both The representative simply said he could give me information I was looking for had I been advised of what he was doing to get it I would have said I was not interestedAt not point did I consent to applying for a mortgage or having a hard pull performed on my creditThe representative did bothRegardless of whether it had a small or large impact on my overall score it was not Quicken Loans decision to make on my behalfThe Revdex.com says they can do nothing more to help me because sharing your social implies consent to everything that goes on after the fact
I refinanced through Quicken Losns twice and would highly recommend themThe process was quick, efficient and enjoyableThey kept me informed every step of the way and there was always a contact person assigned to me
I want to say everything went very smooth except for just one thing , solar panel forms had to be sent over n over but everything else was smoothHector was greatHe always answered me at the end of it all I asked him to send me hard copies of my closing docs , In no time my docs were at my door.thsnk you Hector So all in all, great service and closed I less time than I thought

Quicken Loans did hard credit pulls on my name in May I authorized a credit pull in March when I went on a website for a pre-approval and they immediately contacted meI did not authorize the pulls in MayI submitted a letter requesting proof of May authorizationQL claims they did an investigation and reviewed phones calls and would not remove the hard pullsI requested proof such as transcript or recording and they stated QL would notI deem this highly unethical and DO NOT recommend anyone doing business with QUICKEN LOANS

I was offer a FHA loan and QL my FICO was not the best but it was what I needed to get the loan but after days and days and days and days and days of given my time and efforts to please the underwriters I was told some BS if this how you treat all disable Vets at your company, there is a lot more I can say but so I WILL END WITH THIS I AM A NAVY VET I EARN THE RESPECT ATLEAST TO LISTEN TO ME
