We tried using our small town bank for our mortgage, but small banks are making it harder and harder to take out loans Quicken was fast, friend, efficient and we closed on our new home weeks ago! I purchased a home on land contract and requested to be put on the deed along with the ownerI was put on the deedI got a mortgage a couple years later through Quicken LoansThe meeting place was to be at my homeEverything seemed to go okay until I mentioned I was happy to be grandfathered in under the Obama P.M.I rules with the insurance expiring after years opposed to being on the home for the entire length of the termRegardless, it was around election time and the agent started yelling at me and was saying Obama ruined this country and Trump is going to fix itI was in aweSo, she left and I previous owner and I shook hands and we parted waysA year later I went to Saint Clair Shores water deptto pay the billThey asked my name and said I could not due to the fact that I was not the owner of the homeI insisted it was a database error and called QuickenI was assured the home was mine and printed a document that Taylor Baskins (Quicken Executive Office) emailed meI marched back up to the city and the supervisor gave me two formsThe first was numbered and it was circledIt was a quick claim deed of the previous owner signing off off the deedThe second document numbered and also circled was a quick claim deed of my wife and I signing the house back to the previous ownerIn other words, they gave my home away and I had a FHA loanI said I did not feel comfortable paying another mortgage until I owned the homeTaylor Baskins advised me the loan was halted and I can resume when it was fixed, wich was supposed to be within one weekWell, it took months and I wanted some answersI wanted my home backQuicken said their attorneys were handling it and that was all I was toldI said I would like to speak with the attorneys and was then told I needed an attorney in order to speak with theirsI ended up waiting a bit and asked againI was told again I should get an attorneySo I didI paid $2,for one and all Quicken would do is Put my wife and I on the deed...but, so is the previous ownerI was doneI said fine I'd like to pay that months mortgageTaylor Baskins said I needed to pay double for back payI said I couldn't because I was told the loan stopped until it was fixed and I also spent a lot of money on an attorneyI asked if I can make additional payments along with my monthly mortgage and was told I was denied itI finally spoke with Dee martin (Also Quicken Executive office) who said payments was all they would allowI could not afford that and needed to So, I have been threatened non-stop about this being the worst thing to damage our creditThis is still ongoing as of today 6-23-I paid an additional $last month and was going to pay it off in months, but I got another phone call saying "you cannot afford the $then we are going to inform the credit agenciesII said fineI could not do anything about it but post thisThe FHA cannot helpnobodyMy family was hurt very bad by this and I am in school with young children at homeQuicken really hurt us and has stressed my family out really badWe went with very little food this month because I paid an extra $They made me get an attorney for something they did and now thisI am so very much upset and hurtShame on you Quicken
