We refinanced our mortgage with quicken loans rocket mortgage and the whole process was very easy and smooth! Most of the process is e-sign documents all onlineWe we able to do everything on our smartphonesThere were also always people available via phone or on the message board on their site to answer any questions we had throughout the processThen for closing they sent a notary to whatever location and time was most convenient for us which just was the icing on the cake of ease and convenience! I highly recommend quicken loans rocket mortgage for refinancing your mortgage! It was a very easy process overall and we're happy to be saving money with a lower interest rate!
Quicken loans did a great job with our refinanceOnly complaint is that the person sent to our home to conduct closing didn’t introduce herself, appeared to know little, didn’t explain anything; just pointed where signatures were required
