I refinanced with Quicken in July and found the process to require very little of me, due to the use of e-forms and e-signatures All members of the Quicken team I had contact with were prompt, polite and courteous At that time, I was told that Quicken would be on the lookout for a lower rate in the future and that if a lower rate was available, THEY would contact me Well, here it is months later and Quicken called me up and asked if I'd care to refinance again (FOR FREE) and get the lower rate I closed weeks ago and I can say that once again, I was very satisfied So much so that I bothered to write this review, which is not something I do very often Hats off to Quicken for their spotless performance refinancing my loan...twice!

Wonderful experience! I am in my sixties and have purchased homes and refinanced many times This was by far the best experience I have had I was hesitant because it was all done via the internet and mail I was assigned a team of experts in the process and could access them anytime I didn't have to because they checked in with me often I used the Quicken Loans app which listed all paperwork and progress every step of the way It was great to be able to access loan documents anytime I wanted They arranged for a notary to come to my home A few days before the notary arrived I received a package of documents, one for me and one for the notary
My documents were in a tabbed folder, each tab listing the document contents
Oh, and I got a terrific rate as well Was able to lock it in, and when the appraiser couldn't get it done in time, they extended it at no charge
Exceptional service and exceeded my expectations They would be my first call if I needed another loan

Where do I start I did a refinance and I contacting three company's to get quotes Once I reviewed them Quicken Loans was the most attractive offer of the three Just in life I was busy for a few weeks after I received a call from Jennifer from the Michigan office wanting to reach out and talk with me to make sure Quickens was not going to loose an opportunity This was on a Friday She sent everything to my portal and I was going to review it Saturday I did and we talked I actually signed the documents to start the process Jennifer was extremely professional, knowledgeable, great attitude and sense of humor and very focused to my needs and concerns regarding the figures and details of the loan She was utmost incredible to work with Of the past homes I have purchased This was the best experience I have ever had Alania was the next person I was assigned to I cannot speak enough about her as well She kind, professional, prompt, attentive, extremely customer oriented and a delight to work with They both are great assets to Quicken Loans!!!!! I called to sound out my plans and see if it aligns with how I invisaged it to work and if that was something they could help withThey said they could not discuss without a credit scoreThey then fraudulently did a hard pull and led me to believe it was a soft pull and would have no impact on my scoreIt went down by points!!! I am very dissapointed with the misleading and then how they have passed it off since then
