I spoke with Kyle who was eager to take my personal information such as SS # and tax infoHe then stated he has to go and work on my loan request and will call me back in minutesWell days went by among numerous messages to Kyle at Quicken Loans regarding to at least let me know what is going on...I finally received a call from another loan officer who was apologetic
I also own a A+ accredited Revdex.com company and would never think of doing this to any of my clientsI feel that Quicken Loans is to big to fail type of a company therefore can afford to be slow to respond and give the feeling that you are begging for moneyI refused to do business with Quicken Loans and I fired them as my loan providerI decided to just go about what I was doing before I got their letter of solicitation and pay off my debt myself
Since the firing of Quicken Loans I have been harassed so much with different loan officers that I had to block their numberIf it continues I will go to the Attorney General and file harassment charges on this company This is an ego driven company preying on people with on the edge creditStay away

By far, the easiest refinance we have ever done Also, we needed to close early but we were at the lake, and they sent a notary out to us to sign the papers!!! And she was great!!

They actually put the wrong property on the loanWe went to sell that property but couldn't because the loan was on itWe had to hire an attorney to have it changed to the correct propertyThen they changed it and forged our signatures!! They refuse to do anything to reimburse us for all our problemsThey just don't careI would never consider getting another loan with Quicken
Our very recent re-financing with Quicken Loans was by far the very best home loan experience my husband and I have ever had From the initial contact to our closing, the process was near flawless and very timely My access to Quicken Loans' via "My Quicken Loans", and daily email updates left us always "in the know" My husband and I both believe that customer communication is key, and Quicken Loans has mastered that system
Getting a loan was the easy partWe are professionals, have no debt, excellent credit scores, and money saved for a conventional loan We found a home, made an offer that was accepted in a multiple offer situation in a competitive marketQL ordered an appraisal that came in 20K below our offer This gave us a chance to renegotiate Without notifying any of the parties, QL ordered a second appraisal The deal was about blown My realtor found out, we initially assumed the seller had ordered the appraisal When I found out my lender had ordered it I was surprised and not happy I called QL and requested it be cancelled I was assured it would be and apologies were made A deal with the seller was signed based on the first appraisalThe next day, QL called me to say they were going ahead with another appraisal Why would a lender, knowing a borrower has the ability to negotiate a better price; and if not successful, has the liquidity to cover a higher price above the loan amount if he/she is able not be on their customer's side QL is no longer our lender Truly a horrible experience
Working with Quicken Loans was a pleasant experienceThe online service is excellent resulting in being "Green" no paper documents to submitNicole provided excellent customer service
Both Joe Salinger and Angelo Genova were very helpful and VERY patient .Emails or phone calls always answered promptly We were kept updated several times a week as to where process was and TO DO LIST very easy to use
Best mortgage experience we've ever had and we have had several mortgages! Thank you for keeping us informed every step of the way and closing our loan quickly!
Quicken Loans tricked me into saying yes to running my creditAnd also ran my husband's credit without his permission at allWe have since contacted a lawyer
Overall our experience was good All were helpfulThe web site was easy to use
The only complaint is the repeativiness of faxing the same materials over and over again and again It was as if they did not even read the materials we had sent to them!!!!!!!!! The process took forever!!!!!! It should have taken weeks If they would have read the materials as we faxed them and kept on the ball the process would havw went much faster
