We had an excellent experience using Quicken Loans for a refi of our home Jacob Adelman was our mortgage banker and was always available to answer a question or to assist us during the process Their website is easy to use, speedy and contained everything we needed to assist in the process We will defuse Quicken Loans for any future needs and also recommend to friends and family
