Great experience with Quicken LoansWe closed in less than daysIt was amazing to have so many people want to help us purchase our new home

To whom it may concern:
Where do I start I did a refinance and I contacting three company's to get quotes Once I reviewed them Quicken Loans was the most attractive offer of the three Just in life I was busy for a few weeks after I received a call from Jennifer from the Michigan office wanting to reach out and talk with me to make sure Quickens was not going to loose an opportunity This was on a Friday She sent everything to my portal and I was going to review it Saturday I did and we talked I actually signed the documents to start the process Jennifer was extremely professional, knowledgeable, great attitude and sense of humor and very focused to my needs and concerns regarding the figures and details of the loan She was utmost incredible to work with Of the past homes I have purchased This was the best experience I have ever had Alania was the next person I was assigned to I cannot speak enough about her as well She kind, professional, prompt, attentive, extremely customer oriented and a delight to work with They both are great assets to Quicken Loans!!!!! I tell everyone what a great experience I have had with your company and staff I hope to send you more business Your company deserves it! It actually has been an unbelievable, quick process and the least stress or pressure I have ever had in purchasing or doing a refinance I made a great choice to whom I gave my business to I am very pleased with everything from the start to the finish I could never say that in my past experiences

After being denied for refinancing my home for several years, Quicken Loans made me a terrific offerSwift and professionalI would like to recommend them to anyone whose bank won't offer any reliefBye bye BofA! A++

Aweful experienceI've gone through loans in my lifetime and they were all painless until this
I used them on a new constructionTodd Sebesy was my agentHe quoted me a figure in FebruaryOver the next several months I would receive rediscloire statements from him that were way inaccurateAfter showing him the side by side on two occasions, on in April and one in May, he acknowledged that they were wrongBut he said he had no control over those docs and that they were auto generated by the system and that I didn't need to worryMeanwhile I'm spending hours and hours retrieving old statements, receipts, drafts document, etc in order to meet all of the requirements they haveThe detail they require is incredibly extensive and their method of explanation (everything must be uploaded) is completely in-user friendly
Back to Todd...finally I am at the time of close and I get my redisclosire doc and it's STILL not accurateHe added another $in origination fees from what he quoted (even though the rAte stayed the same..yet the Fed had gone down since my original quote) Worse though, he had the wrong figures in rebates from the builderNow I am delayed further and have to rent a weekly hotel because we're not closing on timeAnd I'm stuck with them or I lose my deposits if I pull out
I can't explain everything that has gone wrong and we still have not closedI'm rambling here...months and months of frustration with them built up

I recently refinanced my home with Quicken I was very skeptical when I first spoke with Kyle Glen because I had been misled by Loan Depot and Chase due to my unique financial situationHowever, working initially with Klye, who gathered the required documents and sent them to underwriting, I was relieved to know that he was not promising more than he could deliverHe never once misled me in the loan process and in fact, when he initiated the well coordinated transition to his Refinance Specialist, Vanessa Larkins, I was very confident that I made the right choice to use Quicken Loans In fact, the QL mobile app made this refinance extremely transparent and offered me the peace of mind that I've never before experienced with a lenderEach of my communications using the mobile app were responded to the same business dayI never had to call in and navigate the "refinance phone maze" in hopes of speaking to someone who knew about my refinanceI would definitely use Quicken for future mortgage needs and in particular, Klye Glen and Vanessa Larkins

Another satisfied customerI recently refinanced with QL and the process was not as bad as expectedThere are a lot of documents to upload and if you take your time and have all of your documents the process is fairly painlessThe customer service people who are working on your loan will keep you updated on a fairly regular basis as well as updates to your personal page they help you set upAll in all it was a good process with very helpful people

I had a wonderful experience with the three people that I worked with throughout the processThe only issue I had was that Quicken needed a specific appraisal and still needed it two weeks from closing and I was unaware of that until it had become a problemIt was taken care of and I closed on the original dateIt was a quick and relatively smooth process

Just found out that Quicken Loans made a hard inquiry on my credit report without my consent The inquiry was made on of AprilI didn't suspect Quicken Loans would make unjust actions like this

Very unreliable and slow to return callsI recently received a letter in the mail soliciting me to refinance my two properties into oneIt seemed like a good move on my part so I decided to call quicken loans to get the process started
I spoke with Kyle who was eager to take my personal information such as SS # and tax infoHe then stated he has to go and work on my loan request and will call me back in minutesWell days went by among numerous messages to Kyle at Quicken Loans regarding to at least let me know what is going on...I finally received a call from another loan officer who was apologetic
I also own a A+ accredited Revdex.com company and would never think of doing this to any of my clientsI feel that Quicken Loans is to big to fail type of a company therefore can afford to be slow to respond and give the feeling that you are begging for moneyI refused to do business with Quicken Loans and I fired them as my loan providerI decided to just go about what I was doing before I got their letter of solicitation and pay off my debt myself
Since the firing of Quicken Loans I have been harassed so much with different loan officers that I had to block their numberIf it continues I will go to the Attorney General and file harassment charges on this company This is an ego driven company preying on people with on the edge creditStay away

As a first time buyer quickens loans made my experience super easyMy whole process took a little of a monthEvery one I had to deal with was always friendly and made me feel stress free!!

Quicken Loans Rep was informative and professional Answered any questions and was always availableThe online ‘my QL’ was easy to use and kept me informed step by step till closing Very positive experience

Team was very helpful, fast and excellent servuce

I did not like how it went from one person to another person throughout the process I would prefer to talk with one person throughout Even though each person I dealt with was polite & helpful, my preference would be to deal with one person

It took "Quicken" Loans almost months to prove fess our loan There was nothing quick about it We also felt discriminated against because we are independent business owners Our company has been in business continuously since and we're on our third family generationThe volumes of paperwork we had to submit were ridiculous I only stuck with the process because the interest rate was so good

Thought the process very smooth, was clear from messages what to do next and very prompt in responding to our concernsWe would do it again if needed as was a positive experience

Quick, efficient, easyWhen we had an issue as we neared closing,it was quickly resolvedThird refinance with Quicken

Great experience good people to work with and very informed about their process
