when the refinance started my loan officer was efficient and friendly; the closing agent was also very efficient and friendly The process was completed in the time frame I was first told Overall a great experience

Quicken Loans participates in deceiving online marketingI was searching for the current average interest rate on a home equity loanI landed on Quicken Loans website where they make it seem like you just enter some basic information to get a loan rateAfter entering this information, not only did I not get a rate but I started getting bombarded with telephone calls from them and the long list of lenders they sold my information toFor two weeks l was getting phone calls every five minsutesI literally had to turn my phone off because it was so disruptive to my dayThroughout the process of entering my information Quicken Loans never disclosed that 1) I would receive phone calls from them and 2) they would sell my personal informationThe calls are so frequent and disruptive they have become harassmentI will never work with Quicken Loans after this terrible experience
Quicken Loans is a great company Their staff worked with me to design a loan that fits my needs I like how I always spoke directly with a member of the Quicken Loans team for support I also like the MYQL app, which gave me instant access to all related documents and status of the loan process I also liked the flexibility in hours by the loan officers as well as their guidance and support throughout the process

Just concluded our second experience with Quicken Loans and found them to be exceptional in how each of their staff provided us service They could not have been more considerate and helpful through the entire process They have the entire process so carefully programmed that the process is as near to automatic as possible Could not recommend them higher
Contrary to what Bank of America did to me after Hurricane Irma and its dubious forbearance plan, Quicken Loans did a very good job of providing me with an excellent service (and also a more humane service)In spite of providing a fast and automated service, there is always the human factor involved, making us feel well advised for our specific needOne of the best experiences I have had in the process of applying or refinancing a mortgage
