they were professional and have good customer service and were quick to close my refinance and Robert did a good job highly recommended!
they said I was approved but when my other was accepted they switched my loan and when I accepted the new loan paid for application fees they told me they couldn't do my loanthey don't want to give me my back Also they said if they don't close they've will give you dollars im waiting for my app fee and dollar
Patrick was very good and helpful with my loanRest of team was good some of them was not together when Joe was not available they did not know what we had discussed already this was very disgusting at timesRenee in closing was very helpful and good to work with she did not give up
This is ridiculousThey offered information, instead of anything useful they inundate me with phone calls and offers for their products through email and postNone of the offers are even relevant to me based on the information I gave them
They have cemented their name in my mind as a company to NEVER do business with

We were using Quicken for our existing home loan as well, so wanted to stay with them with our new home purchase when we were asked to relocateI have to say the experience was greatI thought it would be harder to close one and immediately start a new, but the people at Quicken took care of everything and it went very smooth and we were able to close on the new house on time

We have used Quicken Loans for multiple loans and refinances for the last years or so nowI have always been pleased with the bankers and the customer service repswe've dealt with We are part owners in a business, which caused some wrinkles, but at various times, but they were always willing to work with me to get any issues sorted out
