The only complaint is the repeativiness of faxing the same materials over and over again and again It was as if they did not even read the materials we had sent to them!!!!!!!!! The process took forever!!!!!! It should have taken weeks If they would have read the materials as we faxed them and kept on the ball the process would havw went much faster
Quicken was fantastic to work with and very helpful to mo The only thing that disappointed me was when I received the notice less than months into my loan that my loan had been sold to Freddie macThat made me very nervous and a little sadWould have appreciated more communication and explanation
Quicken Loans is a great company Their staff worked with me to design a loan that fits my needs I like how I always spoke directly with a member of the Quicken Loans team for support I also like the MYQL app, which gave me instant access to all related documents and status of the loan process I also liked the flexibility in hours by the loan officers as well as their guidance and support throughout the process

My refinancing took approximately months from initial contact to closing Their WEB Site was easy to understand and use (even for this year old with limited computer experience) A number of documents were required, but were easy to upload via the MYQL page My main contacts, LISA PRICE and ASHLEY DAVIS, both displayed extreme professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process A nice touch was that the closing agent came to my home for the final signing
I refinanced with Quicken years ago and times since then They are proactive about calling when the rates drop and the customer service is unparalleled They are responsive and even send the attorney for closing to your home They did everything for me and walked me through every step of the process Very positive experience
