My experience with Quicken was excellent Representatives contacted me either by phone, e-mail, or both every step of the way They were always helpful in getting my loan closed in a timely manner I used Quicken's Rocket Mortgage: Documents were sent via PDF; the notary came to my house for the final signatures It couldn't have been any easier
We had a wonderful experience working with Quicken Loans They were friendly, professional, easy to stay in contact with, able to find solutions to problems that came up, the whole process was completed quickly and they really reduced the work we needed to do for the whole refinance! It was the best experience we've had and we've got some experience in doing this over the years Thank you!!

I was interested in exploring a home mortgage loan through Quicken I was looking at multiple options Ultimately I ended up going with a different loan provider However, Quicken took $from my account for an appraisal that never happened I requested that Quicken refund that amount and they said I should see it on my account shortly However, they only refunded $ I never received any appraisal or other services from Quicken I would like my $returned to my care as Quicken promised ASAP This has been nothing but a headache and I will never be recommending Quicken to anyone again
I was very pleased with my business interactions, in dealing with Quicken Loans for my new mortgage I appreciated MrThom Palgren, Chris McILuham, Ashley Rafalski, Notary Rori Hill, Appraiser Johnny Galvar, Grady O'Brian, Ed Morris and other staff members greatly (had a little frustration with Matt Murray)Personally, I prefer doing most of the business via express mail/or UPS I am somewhat guarded doing business over internet...due to possible hackingAgain, thank you for your professional & convivial endeavors on my behalf

I refinanced my home through Quicken Loans recently The process went very well and I felt the communication was excellent and that I was properly informed about each step of the process (including what to expect) The time to closing was excellent and everyone I worked with was very friendly and professional
Overall the people that we dealt with were very nice and we got a good rate for our mortgage However, the process was stressfulIt seemed like every other day we got assigned to a new person I kept getting texts telling me that we urgently needed to complete something on the online site but when I went there either there was nothing to complete or the item wanted was confusing or made no sense
Everyone we worked with was very responsive Loved communicating online at the convenience of my schedule Anyone from quicken did not hesitate to pick up the phone Can tell they focus on the borrower Was a good experience Personalized with knowledgeable peopleWe were informed throughout entire process
I cannot speak for everyone at Quicken, but Kevin Kassab and Anthony Iatonna were great to work withThey worked exceptionally hard to meet our closing date and did not fail to deliver

Other than having to mainly communicate though emails to close my refinance, I'm happy that I didn't trash the flyerI'd refer this company to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home
