All I can say is they are scammers should not be in businessThere appraisers are hearing impairedAll they want is for you to take a loan and roll it over into the refi to fix things that totally make no reason or sense to fixMy dealings with them were horrible I wasted two months of my time and out the window to get refusedI have good credit no bills money in the bank pay mortgage on time and still get refusedBad people
Everyone was really knowledgable, understanding and patient They got everything done so quickly! We closed my refinance in about days! Another great experience!
You Better get everything in writingDealt with multiple people and no one had the same numbersA " Loan Specialist " was assigned to my case and he was the worst of all ! The Specialist made promise on the phone just to move the process forward..He keep referring to " "loan cost" as"Closing Cost" which are different figuresWay to many issues to list on this forumI will say the process is relatively an easy one ..only to not get what you were promisedBottom line..Review all document carefully..Don't take there word for it..get it in writing,,,My mistake was taking them at there word!My own fault

I kept getting emails from Quicken Loans about refinancing and I said I'm going to step out on faith and try again I explained my situation and they did everything possible to help meI was able to refinance and they made it so smooth and easy for meThanks to everyone involved I really really appreciate everything you guys did

My experience with Quicken loans is a little mixed The amount of info needed to be submitted seemed a little over the top I do understand regulations but...Also my customer care person hardly ever contacted me, it was usually an associate calling on her behalf The mortgage broker, Katrina was GREAT and Jerry Nammour was SUPER and understanding of my frustrations All in all it resulted in a positive outcome

I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone that ask me about a mortgage From the very beginning when I filled out a questionnaire on line and had about fifty companies calling me constantly, I was impressed with how Quicken Loans handle wanting my business They just left a message on my answer machine and let me call them back I am years old and have done many transactionsloans and mortgages This was the best experience I have ever had applying for a mortgage
The representatives were polite and very early in the process proactively reached out to gain my businessThe use of the QL app was helpful to sign and submit documents as I travel often
My experience would have been improved with clear and concise communication (i.e stating that submitting my tax return would expedite the process and later following up with requesting 4506-T to be signed which I had to sign several times due to by QL rep)What prevented me from signing 4506-T from the beginning? Additionally, timely follow up would have made the loan process less frustratingAfter submitting information there would be an approximate week delay if changes/updates were required vs frequent and consistent calls to gain my businessLast as my loan began to proceed forward there was inconsistency between representatives on statusOne representative would state a particular document was sufficient and a different representative would inform me what I originally submitted was not sufficientI would have to resubmit more supporting documentation
For new home buyers I suggest you have quicken representative go over all the paperwork They assumed I knew more than I didEveryone who I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable
