disgraceful experience so far I am furious ordered pair of glasses Not one was actually in stock-one had been discontinued this is pure Baiting I sent notes and get answers unrelated to the question or replying twice to the wrong question Right now I have been charged $on my account- actually charged, not a hold I cannot get a human on the phone NOTHING re: delivery confirmation, or even if they are in stock SHUT THEM DOWN this place needs to be shut down

I wasn't sure if I should buy my shades online but the price point made my decision I must tell you I will buy it again on Ezcontacts.Com

To whom this may concern: We filled and shipped the Customers Order exactly as ordered; when customer asked to return the order to edit and redo the lens to updated RX we agreed and processed the exchange for herThe exchanged item was shipped and delivered on [redacted] Tracking # [redacted] ; Customer called in to say the rx is still not what she wanted; she then explained she wants an upgraded lens from single vision to progressive; which is more costly; Customer was unwilling to pay for upgrade; we therefor offered that she returns her order and we refund her in fullAlthough our return policy does state clearly a 50% restocking fee for custom lenses; we flexed that and waived her all fees; refunded her for shipping she paidAT this point we are waiting for her to RETURN the frames she has so we can refund her the restrefunded $courtesy discountrefunded her $fee she paid to redo lenses $left to refund once her frame is returned to us! This company has horrible customer service skillsI ordered a pair of non presciption sunglasses over two weeks ago and my order status is still pendingI contacted the company through their number and I remained on hold over an hourI decided to contact them via chat and got a response right awayI asked when should I expect to have my ordered mail to me and the representative [redacted] claimed and I quote "You should have it by the end of the week." which is clearly a lieDon't trust these people with your money

After I had not received a status report on my delivery date, I checked this business out through Revdex.comThe reviews added to my concern about the company but my experience was overwhelmingly positiveWhile they did not respond directly to my email, they took action on it--updating my progress statusI received my order, designer eyeglass frames, as requested AND before Christmas They could be an A+ business if they updated their shipping notifications/methodologiesJust wanted to help someone else out who might look them up on here like I did Thanks, [redacted] **

The eyeglasses with the Rx returned for this order were inspected and were done correctly by our lab with all the specifics requested in the order plus the standard heightsCustomer informed us that she would need a different seg height and PD as per her opticianWe offered a FREE redo for those costly lenses and had them redone exactly per her requestPer our Return Policy there are no full refunds for Rx lenses; see below: [redacted] Custom Lenses Refund: Since the prescription lenses are custom made we will credit 50% of its costIf you have not paid for the prescription lenses, a fee of 50% of the price shown on the site may apply As a service to our customers we offer free redos on the lenses to match any doctors redo information; thus the offer to the customerPer our policy we can accept back the frame for a full refund and the lenses for a refund less a restocking feeSincerely,Susan F*
