I made a purchase on line for a cordless phone systemWithin minutes after the purchase I realized, if you read the small print, the items were re-conditionedI did not want re-conditioned itemsI immediately emailed them and followed with a phone call to cancel the orderI was told the order could not be cancelled as it was already being processed(minutes lapsed by now)They instructed me to just wait for the product to arrive and return it thenI would also have to pay shipping to return it to them
I did just thatI completed the return form that was enclosed in the box with the product never even unwrapping the merchandisePaid $for shipping
days later I still had not received a credit on my charge cardI contacted them and they said they never received the packageI had tracking numbers and names as well as dates to prove it so I filed a dispute with my Capital One card
After Factory Outlet again tried to deny the returned merchandise with Capital One, I again submitted more evidence showing I had followed the return time limits and all rules to the letterIt went back to the Capital One review board and after months I have now received a credit on my charge card for the merchandise amount that was returned to them
Quite the little scam they have going thereI urge anyone doing business with them to be very cautious of this gameIf you do chose to do business with them document....document....document in the event there is any issue

I never said anything about the condition of the package I notice by the way that came without a manual, what is very strangeI though that I could get it on the internet At this point I believe this GPS must have to be returned from somebody else, repackage and send it to me. I contacted Garmin.com and they said very clear that that camera doesn't work with the GPS.
I don't beleive they will package items that are not compatible I'm just asking for a GPS that work with the camera that I have already installed in my car

We contacted the 3rd Party to ensure this billing issue was solved and found that the transaction was indeed successfully cancelled and a Manager contacted the client as well to apologize about the inconvenience.
