After looking thru the complaint along with the notation history I do see that the customer returned the merchandise and after inspection was found nothing to be
defective with the item we waived the restocking fee and retained the shipping charge of $3.95. Per our Return Policy we do not pay for the customer to return the merchandise to us but today I refunded the customer the $balance that would place her total refund to the amount collected. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund more than collected and again apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused

I placed the order at midnight By the following morning I had still not received a email confirmation about the order I called times over the course of the day to try and find out if the luggage had been shipped and what the ups tracking number was It took phone calls to get email confirmation of the order No one would confirm whether it was shipped or when it would be, and the only thing they would tell me was that the ups tracking number will be sent to me in 1-days The person I placed the order from told me it would arrive in days so am I to get the tracking number after it had arrived?
Every time I called their phone number, the line was answered by someone with a Indian accent, most of whom I could not understand very well I was told they were all in New York but the difficulty with which they spoke English made me wonder The people answering the the phone refused to transfer to another operator (so I could understand what they were saying) and refused to transfer to a supervisor or manager because they were not present until pressed
I told them to cancel my order which they said they wouldn't do, and I ordered the luggage from *** They can deal with my credit card company about the cancelled order
None of my experience has engendered trust in this company
