I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved becauseThe beds were delivered to my home on August *** and I did accept them After reading the reviews I was afraid to send them back with a $charge on my credit card and to suffer re stocking fees The frames that came with the beds were the wrong size I have a full size bed and a twin size bed The frames that came with the beds were for queen/king I have been contacted twice regarding the frames but to this date, August ***, I still do not have them Once I receive the frames I will consider this case closed and I will never do business with this company again!

My complaint WAS PARTIALLY resolved. The charges for the GPS unit ($419.99) and the warranty ($39.95) were refunded on 4/*/2016. However, the charge for the extra mount ($58.95) HAS NOT been refunded as of 4/*/@ 9pm CST. Today, I again confirmed with UTM Distributing (the business to whom I mailed the returns to per the incorrect instructions provided by ***) that they had in fact shipped the GPS and the MOUNT in ONE BOX on 3/**/to FactoryOutletStore (NY) and they confirmed receipt by FactoryOutletStore of BOTH GPS & MOUNT items (via multiple e-mails according to UTM Distributing) on 3/**/2016. Therefore, I have not been fully refunded and of course CANNOT keep the mount as I DON'T HAVE IT (it was returned to FactoryOutletStore along with the GPS unit in the SAME BOX!

I appreciate that the business is going to refund this charge for shippingIf everything they said is correct, this would mean the total amount charged to me will be refunded now(This does not include the amount that I paid to return the item back to the business; which they sent a shipping label for a week after I already shipped it and many weeks after they said they would send this label.) Regardless, I look forward to the full refund now and I also hope that their statement of "Customer will be refunded in 24-hours" is not like every other time they told me they would get back to me in 24-hours (as this was a common statement from them that they NEVER followed up with)
I look forward to settling this issue and giving this business a better review

We are here to help you in any way possible as we do not manufacture nor refurb any of the items we carry we do offer the customers 30Dys return/exchange and as a courtesy we extended that time frame for this customer. We also exchanged the item an additional time without asking about any user errors and use.

ahead and emailed the return directions to send the item back to us
for inspection and consequent refund. We regret we were not able to make this customer one of our happy customers and will accept the item back for refund only. Once the item is returned the customer will be refunded the full purchase price of the item even after months of use

They keep lyingWhen I called and finally had a chance to talk the ***, she said that my screen was covered under the warranty and she gave me a number call and said they were dealing with another insurance company and they would fix my phoneWhen I called the number she gave me, it was the wrong numberAlso they are lying saying all there phones are United States phone but the phone I have is an oversees phoneI initially started the purchase on line, but I called and talked a representative who sold me the extended warranty and he didn't tell me nothing about I can read the warranty onlineHe told me I was covered everything that's y I purchased itThey need stop lying there customers and take responsibility there actions
