I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because the phones that we received have not been refurbished! We ordered phones,of these were suppose to have wall mountsThe following is the add from the website in which we purchased the phones:

•Wall Mountable/Mount Included
As you can see from the above - the wall mounts are suppose to be included!!! We should not have to contact the manufacturer for something that FactoryOutletStore states will be provided! Furthermore, the original phones would not registerWe sent them back and received phones back with the same issue - they will not register or hold a chargeOne even has a broken phone cord plug-in, so the cord will not stay in the handsetFinally, the batteries are bad in all phones!!! In regards to the "supposed" return call from the manager on the *** - that DID NOT happenA message was not received and scrolling back through return calls from that day, we had no missed calls

I see no reason for them to refuse to pay our return shipping cost in the amount of $10.29, when the item was defective, and I was told to return it and that they would pay the return shipping Why should I have to pay for the return shipping when it was not my fault that the item was defective?

I called about ordering a camera, and called the store to inquire about their shipping policy, which stated that if the camera was lost in shipping or arrived damaged, it was not covered unless I bought insurance That didn't sound right to me, so I called the store, was answered rudely by someone, who told me that was the policy, and told me abruptly that the camera I wanted was no longer in stock and hung up on me

This organization is not very business-like or professional My problem was that I warned the sales associate that a previous supplier did not ship the correct Toshiba notebook battery I ordered batteries, and they did not fit my machine Originally, they assured me a *** label would be provided to return this at no charge to me, but did not offer to send me the label on 10/** when I discovered their mistake of wrong batteries shipped--I had to ask for itOn 10/**, I asked Garry to have a manager call me back--the manager did not call I called on 11/* and spoke with Chris, Manager # ***-she assured me that a label would be emailed to me again This is a total waste of time for me, since I warned the sales associate that he should ensure the correct batteries are shipped to me

It is and I cannot believe how horrible this "FactoryOutletStore LLC" 's customer service isI ordered a aerobed, paid for priority shipping and the next morning got a confirmation saying it wouldn't arrive for days! I immediately called and was told several times after asking to cancel that " Our systems are down and we cannot do that right now, call back tomorrow"I couldnt believe such a large company would have their "systems down", but after waiting and calling back a few times only to get the same response, I waiting till the next day like requestedI called back the next day and was told that "the item has been shipped and now cannot be cancelled" I saw the tracking info and it looked the same as it did day 1, just sitting in their warehouse in NYI explained that and they said they cannot cancel it at this point over and overSo, I explained that I will not be here when it arrives and will have to literally return it the moment it gets here somehowI asked if there was anyway they could cover the shipping since they weren't able to cancel it the day I first called to cancel because of their systems being downThey said no, there was literally nothing they can do and shipping it back is on meThis is a pound aerobedI can only imagine how much this will cost to returnI am very disappointed with their customer service and cannot believe they are running in this day and ageI will never give them my money and sanity again and will make sure to spread the word to my friends and family*** might now be the "best company in the world", but I have never had an issue with themTheir customer service actually amazes me in a great way and I will get my items within days, sometimes 1! How does this crappy FactoryOutletStore even compete? Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from this horrible placeThey are crooks

On 9-**-14, after being on hold for 21:30, hanging up and dialing in again, I called back and demanded to speak to a
*** I spoke with *** who told me that I would receive an email within minutes The email arrived minutes later I sent the package back via *** on 9-**-at a cost of $ When I hadn't heard from them by 10-*-I tracked the package and discovered that it had arrived on 9-**-and was signed for by "Clearwater" I checked my *** to see if it had been credited back to the card I found that $(for phone and case) was credited back to my *** on 10-*-14, but the credit should have been closer to $So I called the finance department and talked to *** (?) who put me on hold and then was disconnected I called back and spoke with *** He told me there was a $restocking fee (which I understood) and the $warranty that I paid for was not refundable I argued that I didn't have the phone so the warranty was not needed The $shipping (Next Day Air) was not refunded even though they sent it *** Ground and it took a week to receive (I sent the items back *** Ground They received them in days and cost $8.01.) He checked and discovered that they in fact did send them *** Ground He transferred me to *** who said they would refund the $ I asked her about the warranty refund and she said she would have to "put in a request" for that refund On 10-*-I checked my *** account and the $was credited I just checked and the $hasn't been credited back to my *** yet So, NO they haven't contacted me.....I have had to do all the contacting, repeatedly!

This company again is lyingThe first battery that was lost they redirected back to themThey sent me another battery yes because the first one is lostIn the end I am recieving battery that I paid for I am not getting anything for free from themAnd I have to wait for this 2nd battery to be shipped so in all this is going to take weeks for me to recieve battery that I ordered and paid for on 6/**.
