Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]I shipped the item back, and they received it I have looked for the receipt that shows the cost of shipping but must not have seen a need to keep it I do not have access to a fax machine and would cost me even more to send them a fax A simple check in the amount of $would be the easiest way to resolve this issue If they are concerned of the cost of shipping they can get a quote from FED Ex or UPS for ground shipping and send me their quoted cost As far as the apology, they shipped me the wrong flash light modelNot only was it not the correct color, it was a model quote on thier web sight at a lesser value I can not recall the difference but it was arround $ In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Advertised as replacement battery for Canon LP-E8, picture shows an actual Canon product, received cheap knockoff made in china battery that may or may not work in a Canon camera which it was purchased for To return the products with the 15% restocking fee plus shipping will cost just as much as tossing the [redacted] into the garbage Highly upset about the advertisement and description of the product to purchase

To Whom This Concern, After reviewing the complaint made by our customer along with our notation history I do see that the customer contacted us on to inquire about the order the order was on a temporary back order and the agent explained this to the customer customer was ok to wait Customer called again the same day to state that he was seeing charges on his card and the agent explained that it was an authorization that she will release until that item becomes available the authorization on the card was cancelled as the item would arrive within to business days - Once the item came into stock, customer's card was charged - - and the item was shipped Customer then contacted us again on 9/*/this time to say that he no longer needed the item and wanted to cancel the order Unfortunately, the order was already shipped and customer was very upset stating he would take the item to the local Police Department As a courtesy we will process a Return To Sender on the package as it has not yet been delivered Once the package is returned we will issue a refund back to the card If you have any questions and/or comments please feel free to contact our US Based Customer Relations Department Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm at ###-###-#### Customer Relations Department

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Here is the list of issues: -Please find the attached zip file of the pictures that I took from my different phones when I tried to call the business - After I ordered by phone within minutes, I checked my credit card and realized my card is charged $,but wondered why I didn’t received email , I called the business and followed up the status , I found out they put in the wrong Email address( [redacted] ) my email is in yahoo domain ,so I asked for a correction ( I am wondering AOL and Yahoo absolutely are not close in pronunciation ) - As soon as I received the email, I realized the part is wrong then I called the business .you can see the list of phone calls on attachment pictures - The Business mentioned the shipping is certified and need the signatureToday the UPS left the item behind the door and leftMy wife ran for door to get him but the post man leftShe found out only one box is at the door .So the shipping package was not certified and didn’t require the signature -depends on the item description on the business website and I also double checked during the phone call that this purchase must include two packages(rack package and pads package) .I received only one box I don’t want to open the box to confirm this, but the length of the box is the same size of the rack ,So I am guessing the pads package is not included which will make the delivery box bigger than rack boxThis is just a guess that depends on my simple calculation -I ordered the rack for this weekend (they already messed up my plan).I am going to order from another place that I can trust -I absolutely don’t need any future hassle with this business So here is the simple solution: They do send return shipment label ASAP, I will ship it back and refund my money at the same time (the same quick process that they charged my credit card and ship the package which they have not been able to make a correction on the order) In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
