I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThis company feels that I should pay for their mistakes They advertise something completely different then what it isIf they item looks Grey online it should arrive Grey If the product the company claims its worth a certain value it should look like it's worth that value and not arrive looking like it's worth $ This company is more worried about their loss then my loss I paid for an item that look Grey and not an ugly pink color I should not be told that I have to pay for any returns and should not be offered a discount for their mistake I should not loose money for their error Regards, [redacted]
