You have refunded my order but not sent me a return label with whivh to return this order.

I am not paying over seas shipping fees. That will cost more than my refund!

Dear [redacted], We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. After checking, your order #[redacted] was shipped via surface mail on 12/11/2017. Free Shipping is unable to track on line as you have chosen free shipping without paying any postage. Normally, it would take 10-20 working days to be delivered form the shipping day.  It is in time frame so far , as you know it is hard to control the delivery time when the parcel is in transit. sometimes it is quick, sometimes it is slow. it is out of our control. And we can't avoid some days delay in transit like bad weather, customs clearance and so on.but we try our best to get your parcel to you. As long as the address you left is correct ,we can promise you can receive the parcel finally. The stains on the shirt is not on just one of the items, but on all 9
that I have ordered. It DOES impact wear, as I bought these items as
'wholesale', so I had the intentions of selling these to my customers. I
cannot sell these items to my customers for half of what I paid for
them. I would prefer a refund on these items, as they were damaged and
not what I was expecting. I guess I will just take a loss on the rest of the products.
