This company feels that I should pay for their mistakes.  They advertise something completely different then what it is. If they item looks Grey online it should arrive Grey.  If the product the company claims its worth a certain value it should look like it's worth that value and not arrive looking like it's worth $1.  This company is more worried about their loss then my loss.  I paid for an item that look Grey and not an ugly pink color.  I should not be told that I have to pay for any returns and should not be offered a discount for their mistake.  I should not loose money for their error.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The issue I have with waiting for the delivery time is that in the last 2 emails they have sent me the package that was mailed out on March 21 the delivery time has changed.  The first range they gave me was 15-35 days and when I responded because that means it should have arrived by now they changed the delivery date range to 25-60 days and with no tracking number there's no way for me to know if they have actually even sent it out.  To tell me that I just need to wait the delivery date which could be another month from now and then if it doesn't arrive by then wait another week and then follow up for an item that I have been waiting on since November is not acceptable.  If I need to wait for a shipping date I believe they should be able to give me some kind of tracking number to ensure that they have shipped it (even if that means they ship it again with a tracking number that the company pays for) or that I should receive some reimbursement as I am now waiting for an item I can't even use as it was for my sister's baby and by the time it arrives the baby will be too big.
