They are asking me to keep the pants and give them to a friend and offering to take 10% off my next purchaseI didn't purchase the pants for a friend I purchased them for myselfI have simply asked them for a return label to send them back for a full refund of in which their response was " it will cost us to much to give you a return label if you want to return them the shipping cost would be in you"Yet they shipped them to me for free

I want ALL my money backAs a business, you cannot swindle people out of their money by advertising a product, sending them a product that is nothing like shown, and then telling them they cannot have their money back ( or in my case only 15%)It's against the LAW! I deserve ALL my money back and this company should be investigatedIf I do not get all my money back I will continue this complaint with the Attorney General, newspapers, etcThis company should NOT be allowed to do this to peopleI attached a picture of the sweater they sent meThe sleeves are made shorter and it's not even made out of the same material as what's advertised
