I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I do not accept this response from the business as I requested the cancellation of my order and a refund a minute after I submitted the order. They waited to assist me with this matter until they claimed the order was shipped. I checked the status of the shipping and it was not sent until after they told me it was. In addition to this, I need to know how to return the items and receive the refund promptly. This business is known to push customers off and delay responses constantly, and when the items are received they tell customers they can't accept them back or give a refund. So I will not accept this response until information is presented on how to return the items and when the refund will be issued. I have included a PDF of all communications with this business and their extremely poor service and response.
