Hello [redacted],A Power User Subscription is a monthly subscription. If your account does not have the entire amount by the time your current subscription expires it will withdraw from your outside Payment source.Your Power User Subscription for August was upgraded to the Blue Star on August 18th and...

expired on September 18th. Your account used the funds available within your account then charged the rest to your outside payment source. Due to your current power user status, you have more Ad Credits Available to you as well as a greater base for your posts. To help you earn from this power User subscription which cost you $4,000 you should be hitting your goals each day or as many of them as possible. If you are not hitting your goals you may want to consider lowering your Power Usage as you may be losing money by not utilizing it to the fullest extent.Your goals can be viewed on your power user page, but I have also included them here: http://prntscr.com/cob5sjIf you are Bronze your monthly fees will not need to be paid but your account will still calculate them each month as that you are still earning with the Ad Credits. You have the ability to pay your fees with from your earnings that are greater than your fees and ad credits utilized. Beyond that, each month you have the ability to pay a portion of your fees with your matured and non-matured earnings through your Power User Subscription. This must be done manually from your “My Ad Credit” page each month before your fee is due.The goals are created to help all user maintain quality of life while maximizing their earning potential. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[This business did not confirm they took my credit cards off my account. They did not let you save your credit cards to the account you create. They purposely keep them in a separate place so you cannot change them off their system.  They did not confirm my credit cards were taken off their system.

always seeking to improve.

According to our records, an account was created on FanBox back in
2008. Your account was approved to earn from...

using ad credits called
"IPL" or "I'll Pay Later." Using ad credits to generate
earnings entails a monthly processing fee. Our records show you accepted
these ad credits and activated them in March of 2014. In April, a PayPal
account was entered to secure your FanBox account. To remove your account
protection, you may contact our billing department or remove it through the
account settings page. We have already done this for you.

Your account has been deleted. We have immediately
unsubscribed your e-mail from all of our mailing lists. You will no longer
receive e-mails from FanBox or any of our users, but please allow up to 72
hours for this to go into effect.

Your IPL account has been terminated; therefore, you will not be
billed with any processing fees. All IPL processing fees you have received have
been canceled.

The charge applied to your PayPal account was already refunded
through PayPal on December 18, 2014.

you only created a few blog posts. Meaning, you were only participating in earning activities while spending your ad credits simultaneously. Spending ad credits without paying for them upfront entails a monthly processing fee. This earned you the bare minimum of what you could have earned had you worked on building your network (fan base), proactively engaged with the community, participated in the other earning activities, and managing your expenditures. In order to generate profits and cash out those profits, the member must be actively managing their expenditures (ad credits) to meet their desired goal while participating in the community and all earning activities available. While you generated a decent amount in earnings, you also continuously spent your ad credits, which in the end, must be paid back before cashing out. Also, earnings go through a maturity cycle of 90 days before being eligible for cash out. This is mentioned in our terms of service and within the account FAQs.  We can see that your rebates were released to your account: http://[redacted] All cash outs must be completed through an Android or iSO compatible mobile device.Your account was deleted, not because you complained but because [redacted] contacted us concerning fraud or unauthorized charges through your account. For your safety, your [redacted] account was then deactivated to ensure that you would not be charged again. We will gladly refund you any of the fees from the past 30 days, and help you create a new account if you so desire. Please let us know how you would like us to continue. All the Best,[redacted] Support

Hello [redacted],Your requested refunds were processed July 13, 2016 to your [redacted] ending in [redacted]. As mentioned before your earnings were earned through the use of Ad Credits. Ad Credits are a feature offered to users to help them jump-start their earnings. Ad Credits are an account credit that you can choose to accept to pay for Ads and Ad Campaigns. Once you accept your Ad Credit limit, a managed ad campaign is created and begins spending your Ad Credits to generate earnings. Each month you use Ad Credits, you must pay back into the Ad Credit Pool a fee, that’s approximately 3% of your current Ad Credits Utilized Amount.  That fee is called your Ad Platform fee.  Ad Credits are system funds that need to be returned to the system. User's are not be obligated to use ad credits when managing their account. You can choose to either accept or decline our ad credits. Our product is built so that you can control all aspects of how you earn and spend. Your earnings, fees, and Ad Credits Utilized are all interconnected. In the case of your account you cannot have one without paying the other.  Sincerely, empowr Outreach Team

Complaint Type:Advertising IssuesselectProblem:On November 2nd I received an email from a trusted contact that I had an account with this company.
