 Their response does not surprise me. Yes they did refund my money, but whatever they did to my computer will cost up to two hundred dollars to fix. If you read other complaints about Iyogi on the internet, you will see that these type of complaints are common.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to compl[redacted]t ID# [redacted], and have determined that my compl[redacted]t has NOT been resolved because:Regarding Case # ID #[redacted]. The facts in iYogi’s response are not correct.  Please see below. 1/**/14 - We spoke with Engineer Vinay R[redacted] regarding our problems connecting with Tech Genie.  He granted us a 3-month extension to Tech Genie, which would now expire 4/**/17 – Case #[redacted] 8/**/14 – We spoke with Anil K[redacted] who told us that our Tech Genie was good through 2/** – Case #[redacted].    This date was not correct – see 1/**/14 entry above.  (We were given conflicting information numerous times when we spoke with iYogi.) 10/*/14 – We spoke with Pawan of iYogi Tech Support.  Because of all the issues that we had been having (i.e., sitting for 5 hours on the phone in front of the computer waiting for them to try to work out the kinks in the program), he granted us an extension of iYogi Tech Support from 11/**/16 to 2/**/17 – Case #[redacted]. 4/**/15 – We spoke with Valbhaw J[redacted].  We paid $79.99 for an additional 2 years of Tech Genie (Transaction #[redacted]) – Case #[redacted]. 4/**/15 – We spoke with Simran (iYogi Customer Service – ###-###-####).  After much conversation with her, after being put on hold a few times, and after checking with her supervisor, she told us that our Tech Genie Optimizer and Virus Protection is now good through 1/**/19 – Case #[redacted]. 9/**/15 – Vijay (iYogi Customer Service) confirmed that Tech Genie was good through 1/**/19 2/**/16 – Chandan (Customer Service ###-###-####) confirmed that Tech Genie was good through 1/**/19 – Case #[redacted].  Chandan’s supervisor is Harsh.  Our last clean & check with iYogi Tech Genie was 2/*/16.  We have gotten no response from them since that time.  Phone calls have not gone through to the support number.  Our Tech Support buttons (live help, phone, etc.) have not worked since that date.  Bottom line, we should be reimbursed from that time because we were not getting the service that we paid for.   And our iYogi Technical Service subscription expires 2/**/17.And our Tech Genie Optimizer & Virus Protection subscription expires 1/**/19. Please prorate the refund accordingly.  Thank you.
