Dear [redacted],   We apologize for the inconvenience caused to [redacted] and have taken the cancellation request. With regards to the subscriptions purchased by [redacted], we would like to bring up the following points- 1.       For Annual Technical Support, [redacted]...

[redacted] paid $299.99 on 03/**/20** for a two year plan. Then paid $100.00 on 08/**/20** to upgrade this to a three year plan, the expiration date of which was 03/**/2016. 2.       As [redacted] is an old customer, we upgraded his technical service plan for further two years without any charges with expiration date 03/**/2018. As the paid subscription has expired on 03/**/2016, the technical service subscription is not eligible for refund. 3.       [redacted] purchased CA PC Tune Up software for three years on 08/**/20** by paying $79.99 which will expire on 08/**/2016. Last three months of the product as still left, however as per the refund policy, a product purchased and used cannot be refunded as this is not an iYogi software. 4.       [redacted] purchased a “Microsoft Windows 8.1 32/64-bit - Complete Product - 1 PC” on 07/**/2014 by paying $169.99 and then got this cancelled on 08/**/2014 to get a full refund. 5.       [redacted] also purchased a “WD Elements 1TB” HDD on 09/**/2015 by paying $144.99. At this time, I have been contacted directly by iYogi, Inc. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 I have been contacted 3 more times by the organization only for further solicitation of services. The most recent call coming on Thursday...

morning. This issue remains unresolved.  On each call, I have asked to have my number removed from contact.  Typically, the caller hangs up on me when I make this request.  I have tried to block the number but now it comes up as "Unknown"so I cannot block it.  The only other option would be to change my number which I will not do

I provided I yogi with my physical address to mail the payment to on 11/**/15 VIA telephone.  iYogi did call, but they called my home phone, which I cannot answer because I work full time.  The call back number theyleft was the regular customer service #, which is practically impossible to get a live person on the phone.  You immediately receive a message "[redacted]" and direct you to contact them viaiyogi.com/chat.  This is how I got in contact with Nisar A[redacted] P[redacted] on 11/**/15.  He ended up contacting me by telephone at almost 10 p.m. EST and indicated a check would be mailed to [redacted]  [redacted].   I called on 12/*/15 as I haven't received a check.  I was told the check was mailed on 12/*/15 and would take 10 business days.  I was told the check was issued by Citibank.   As of 12/**/15, I have yet to receive thecheck.  I don't know where it was mailed from; United States or out of the country.  If it was mailed in the U.S. via regular [redacted] service, I should have received it by now.

To Dispute Resolution Services,   We would like to share the following refund details, $100.00 – refunded on [redacted]Mar-16, [redacted] $119.99 – charged on [redacted]June-2015 and refund initiated on the same day. Refunded on **-June-2015. Requesting [redacted] to check the card/account statement from which the charge was deducted initially for the month of June-2015 where the charge would have been voided or refunded.   Regards Active Response Team iYogi

I did check my credit card statement as requested by IYOGI but my account was credited for the $119.99 expense and then deducted again.  Therefore, I am due the refund to my credit card of $119.99.  Also as of 04/**/2016, I have not received the check for $100.00, nor does it appear on my credit card used for the technical services.
