I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I did receive a check for $79.99 however, that was a refund for a software program, for which I was billed for on 8/**/2014 that did not function to my satisfaction. I am requesting a refund of $200.00 which was a subscription charge also generated on 8/**/2014 - these are two seperate charges - The subscription did not fulfill my needs and was not satisfactory. do not call any of our customers to give them refund unless its the customer's request. As you are aware that in order to process a refund, no software needs to be downloaded nor customer's computer access is required. So this was clearly someone trying to gain [redacted] computer' access. We request [redacted] not to provide access to anyone on such terms nor entertain any such calls claiming to be from iYogi. If required she can directly call at our Customer Service Toll-Free-Number (###-###-####) to get in touch with us. Furthermore, as per the request by [redacted], we have added her iYogi account to our Do Not Call list and she will not be receiving any calls from us.RegardsActive Response TeamiYogi

We would like to bring to your attention that the renewal was done after sending [redacted] a prior email informing himof the charge that was about to be made on a certain date and he had the option to opt-out from the automatic renewal by clicking on a link. The dispute is still under review by [redacted] bank. We are willing to add the consumer’s account (once traced) to the Do-Not-Call list with iYogi.   We are sorry to hear about the incident reported by the consumer as this is not the type of service we strive to deliver.
